Called for late arrival. Was told they were overbooked and room would not be held. First come first serve and my reservation was canceled. This resulted in a complete restructuring of my trip.

The night clerk was very helpful but it was a huge inconvenience to have to be going to the front desk every time I needed to get into the room. My door key was not working. The lighting in the bathroom was not good at all. I could not get hot water for the longest time. The remote control for the TV didn't work. Unfortunately it was not a very good stay.

It was a place to rest while traveling. The beds were clean and comfortable. The carpet looked dirty with stains, I’m handicapped senior and had to use the stairs because the elevator was broken, the ice machine broken, and not a full set of towels for 3 people. It was nice and quiet
