I had stayed at the Fairfield when it was The Hacienda in the 90s. I missed the wonderful Restuarant which is now boarded up.

We waited 45 minutes for our shiluttle, our room wasn't ready for our late night arrival. Our sink was hard to shut off. There were marks on the wall of our room. We liked the breakfast.

It was so great to find a hotel within a reasonable distance to the airport, Intuit Dome and Marina del Rey all in one!!! The shuttle to and from the airport was so appreciated! A beautiful outdoor heated pool and patio area. Really a great choice for my purposes and conveniently located to grocery, pharmacy and dining choices.

Busy place but okay.
Rooms alright. Can't check in a second before 3pm so there's a line out the door when you can. Front desk were very blunt but got better outside of peak times. Parkings Is in a random unsecured lot around the corner and is $45 a night. Wouldn't let people out. Got stuck at the gate 3 days in a row because of this. Help button didn't work one day and had to walk back into the hotel to get out while.my family (todler) sat in the car for 20 mins. 1 Park out the front to unload bags/kids and it was full for 20 mins. Place is a maze. Half the dryers in the laundry are broken. Maides were great and rooms were a good size and clean. Service and brefast was also great. I'd say I saw at least 50 flgiht staff a day come in and they all hang around in huge groups in the lobby at all times. Very vusy hotel but got proximity to the airport.

Great stay. I had an early flight out, so I just needed a place to sleep and the room was great for that. Ashley was very helpful when I was checking in and trying to figure out how to get something to drink to bring up to my room. I'd stay here again.

A pretty good stay, hampered by absolutely terrible wifi. I thought it may have just been me being in the west tower, but my friend on the opposite side of the complex had the same issue. It constantly dropped, I could barely answer emails. But it’s a great location, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are super nice. I’d stay again if the wifi got taken up a notch!

All staff were quite amenable. Popcorn and lemonade available as a light snack around 4. Coffee was available all day. They had a small display case of essential products to purchase. A full bar was open with paid appetizers and multiple TVs. Two other rooms could be small meeting rooms. An area for work which open and quiet. A nice full for free breakfast. A pool and spa was out doors. Even a lift for wheel chair participants to get into the pool. A gym too. Free shuttle service from and to LAX. Great deal for the price. Only 2 miles From LAX. From the hotel two outdoor malls were available. ThePoint Mall had a nice outdoor Italian restaurant, North Italia. A shorter distance away were El Pollo Loco, Starbucks, Wendy’s, Subway , and Ralph’s Grocery and a Whole Grocery Store(1.5 miles away). If walking you will run into a few homeless individuals . We passed two at night, no hassles though. We felt safe .Finally, we did get two bottles of water, toothpaste in little packets and a throw-away toothbrush when we asked the management. We would stay here again.

Good service. Noisy AC.
Check in was smooth and receptionist was very friendly. The room AC was very loud and the bed could’ve used an additional heavy blanket. The front desk person explained that the AC’s were all being upgraded. In the meantime, she couldn’t change my room as they were full but she gave me 10,000 points as a token of an apology.
