Welcome to our unique two-bedroom, one-bath getaway nestled in the heart of Southern Arizona wine country! If you're looking for a relaxing destination surrounded by vineyards, picturesque landscapes, and tranquil sunsets, you've found your perfect place.

We invite you to be a part of the journey we call, The Elgin Project, and experience the magic that made us take a leap of faith on a gorgeous piece of land with a crazy, quirky, full of character house. ★ KITCHEN ★
The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious meals.

★ BEDROOMS ★
Bedroom 1: Comfortable queen-sized bed with soft linens and dresser. Mini- split for AC and heater in room.
Bedroom 2: Another cozy queen-sized bed with walk in closet and wall unit AC and baseboard heating.

★ BATHROOM ★
Bathroom: The bathroom is well-appointed with a large shower, plush towels, and essential toiletries. *Please note- the full bathroom is and ensuite within bedroom 1 and access requires guests to walk into the bedroom.
Toilet 2: Second bathroom access available in separate room between the kitchen and laundry room. * Please note-this is not a full or half bath, simply a toilet with its own room (and a beautiful view). Please don't judge us based on this silly "toilet room," we didn't build it. Looks like a future Elgin Project is in store for us!

★ LIVING & DINING ROOM ★
After a day out, head to our cozy living space with plenty of comfy seating. If you are taller than 5' 9" you may have to practice the limbo as you walk to the couch. The ceiling is a tad lower than the rest of the home. Roku TV allows you to sign in to your favorite subscriptions.
Our kitchen table is equipped for four guests to enjoy a board game, delicious meal, or a space to plan the next day's activities.

★ ARIZONA ROOM ★
The Arizona Room offers stunning views of the area while staying cozy inside, away from any bugs or weather. A great place to unwind with a glass of wine or a good book. *Please note-this room has a wall of windows to enjoy the view, these windows do not open and the room does not have AC. Think, enclosed patio. Baseboard heating and extra blankets will keep you warm in the winter.

★ LAUNDRY ROOM ★
Washer/dryer available for use inside the Arizona room. A few pet supplies here for your furry friend as well.

★ OUTDOOR SPACE ★
Step outside to your private patio where you can savor a glass of wine while taking in the stunning views of the rolling grasslands, mountains, and spectacular sunsets.

Whether you're here for a romantic getaway, a wine-tasting weekend with friends, or a solo outdoor adventure, our special two-bedroom, one-bath Elgin Project is the perfect place to call home during your stay. We can't wait to host you and help create unforgettable memories in this quiet space.


Other important details to note:

★ AIR CONDITIONING ★
Please be aware that only the bedrooms have air conditioning. The home stays fairly cool, even in the summer months. Fans are provided.

★ CHILDREN ★
Please keep in mind if you are planning a stay with children, we do not provide bedding, seating, or special equipment for babies/toddlers. The house, furniture, outlets, etc. are not child proof.

★ RESPECT ★
We ask that you be respectful of our neighbor and be mindful of noise. No parties or events. Our neighbor owns dogs and a cat who are often in her yard. There is a short, wire fence between our properties, please keep your pet on leash as to not disturb her furry friends. Thank you for your kindness and respect! (I am now singing along with Aretha Franklin "R. E. S. P. E. C. T.") Note that we have a security camera outside at the front and back of the home. We cannot see inside the home, this is for security and safety purposes only, we respect your privacy.

★ OUR STORY ★
We invite guests to be part of our story. The Elgin Project has undergone a major, fourteen month renovation/rebuild and will continue to be improved upon over time. Hence the name "Project." Sign the guest book on your way out and let us know what should be the next part of the project. Sink in the toilet room? Fire pit? Pickleball court in the barn? We are here for you.
