Family Trip
We loved the vacation home. The bunkhouse was bonus for the adult cousins to play late night games while everyone else slept inside quietly. The outdoor space is so inviting and was great to share some laughs by the fire. One bathroom was a little tough with 8 people but we made do. Another half bath would have been perfect. The outdoor shower helped tho with showers. The location of the home was perfect. We even went to Hampton Beach NH one day and it was only 20 minutes away. Overall I give this home a great review and would recommend to future vacationers

My wife, our dog and myself just returned from our stay and the house was amazing!! John and his family were tremendous hosts. The house was immaculate and in a great location. We loved the layout of the house and it felt like home as soon as we stepped inside. We cannot wait to rent this house again

Family Between houses
John did an amazing job with the house. EVERYTHING is brand new. The dishes, towels, bedding, appliances, were all high quality. The space was perfect. The bunkhouse, outdoor patio, outdoor furniture and fire pit were amazing. With easy access to the city of Portsmouth, Kittery Outlets, and York Harbor, it is a fantastic place for family or couples to enjoy the beauty of the NH and Maine coast.
