Wonderful rooms and amenities, terrific staffā€¦ poor temperature control and regulation in the rooms, we arrived to a 51Ā° room that could not be made warmer, our second room vacillated between overly warm and freezing, depending if the fan was blowing at the moment. Significant issue with the plumbing, very poor water, pressure and difficulty controlling temperature, it seems almost like the functions are reversed on the hardware in the shower? Could not get pressure and even harder to have consistent water temperature. The functions don't seem to work as indicated. Also dealt with sudden pressure increase, when it was not on, resuktingnin shower water unexpectedly dripping throughout the night.
