Cay checked up on us a few times during our stay and she was really friendly when we went to the front desk. The breakfast staff was great. We were there during a big baseball tournament but the food was always stocked.

Why I had to give a 4 star is that we stayed in room 209 which is a handicap room. When you took a shower it flooded the bathroom floor. There is a drain in the shower and one in the floor by the shower. The water goes around the drain in the floor which flooded the bathroom. Overall everything was great other then having to deal with soaked towels.

Clean quiet and bed was extremely comfortable. Staff does a great job and were friendly. I was nervous about all the little league baseball players staying at the hotel but not one issue. Parents and hotel staff did an excellent job with these young men.
