The pictures on line are photo shopped. The pictures were nice however this property is a trap hotel. Its filthy! Run down. The first room they tried to put us in was filthy. Then we asked for a different room and it was just as bad! The bed was nasty. The sink had burn marks. The wall had human boogers on it. The sink had build up dirt around it and the air didnt work. We left and went to anothet hotel. When I asked for a refund they refused to give me my money back. I took pictures and will be posting them on social media!!!!

When I went in the room I had to use the bathroom the toilet was dirty and urine on the seat so I had to clean no toilet paper and the toilet itself was not well mounted because it move I had already payed so just got my night over with and let say this never again. Roaches everywhere

The room has bugs crawling on the walls as well as musty scent. I also overpaid for the room and still had to pay an additional deposit. Disgusting place, do not stay at this place. Its not worth it, it looks nothing like the photos provided.

Extremely dangerous location. Many loiterers that weren’t renters. Room was filthy, reeked of smoke, no toilet paper, a large amount of dead bugs. We didn’t stay the night due to how uncomfortable we were. We did not feel safe.

Staff wasnt there to check me in. I was forced to find anther hotel for me and my family including a 3 year old daughter at 1am, in another state, because i was late. Then refused to refund me my money and told me "it's not my problem. There's nothing i can do". Thank goodness i had extra money in the bank

A frightening place to stay. This is a seedy motel in every sense of the word. The dilapidated business office and plexiglass barrier to protect the staff from “the regulars” was a great introduction to the overall experience. Stay away.

The worst room I've ever stayed in. The bathtub had mold in there, the room was filled with roaches, the AC filter was disgusting, the bathroom had a half of toilet paper in there and its a problem trying to ask for more. The laundry room is not working, and it hasn't been for a while. The room was extremely dirty, it was 2 onions left in the refrigerator, a piece of bacon underneath the bed so the roaches had themselves a good snack. I left the room as soon as I can. I was there during check-in time and I haven't seen not one house keeper. Front desk don't gaf and they won't switch your room or help you with anything. No need to respond to this review management team, because this place been a dump for years. You guy's are not showing any effort in making this place better at all. Pay a little extra and go next door to the Red Roof Inn. Its worth it, trust me

Terrible place!!!
This place was absolutely terrible!!! The room, bedding, sheets, bathroom were all absolutely disgusting! My husband went to the front desk to tell them and get a different room and he was told there was nothing they could do about it and all the rooms looked like that anyway. The air-conditioner vent piece was missing leaving a big open hole. There was a half patched hole in the wall where someone started the job but never finished. I paid for the 2 nights in advance through hotels.com when he arrived to check in they demanded a deposit. No where on the website did it say that. He paid the deposit in cash they didn't give a receipt. He had to go back and ask for one. No where on the receipt stated he paid a deposit. Then when he demanded they change it it didn't state the deposit was paid in cash. They refused to give a refund. Do to lack of funds he was unable to leave to stay somewhere else so he stayed that one night and just lost the money for his second night. Won't let me upload photos but I have some.
