Extra large double bed with a flat screen TV. Open plan lounge, kitchen, dining area & bedroom. Separate wet room to include a massage shower. View of the pond leading out of the patio door onto a spacious veranda with garden furniture to include a swing chair, outside heating, outside shower, cycle rack, BBQ area and a luxury Private hot tub with a pergola shelter.
