This hotel had the worst beds and pillows I have ever slept on. Stayed 6 nights and beds were never changed. Only thing we got was clean towels. 30 degrees outside but had to turn ac on because rooms were hot. Rowdy neighbors but front desk was quick to take care of problem after complaints from several guest. Front desk staff was very friendly. We arrived a day early and front desk very nice and let us stay in same room our entire trip. Will never stay Best Western again.

The pressure for the shower was amazing the bed's were so comfortable and clean room and they have the best breakfast I would go back again already miss the biscuits and sausage gravy

Passing through so just stayed 1 night. Great location, quiet, with fantastic views. Pepper, the front desk clerk, is a ray of sunshine. Fabulous customer service! Hotel and rooms are very modest but clean. Lastly, there is no elevator for 2nd floor access. You and your luggage must take the stairs. 😆

A mountain view
No elevator so you carry everything up the stairs. Its high so the view is good. Breakfast is so so. Not enough seating. Room was ok, the showers are great.

Best Western in Ellijay, GA.
The hotel its self needs some updated work done. The bed in RM # 111 was horrible, it was like sleeping on the floor. Breakfast was ok, nothing special by any means. The front desk receptionist was nice.

This is the 2nd time we stayed here this year. Back in May we stayed one night and wished we had stayed longer. So, we came back in the last week of Oct. Check-in was quick and easy. All staff was polite and helpful. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was tasty with eggs, biscuits, bacon, sausage as the hot options. There was also fruit, cereal, etc. Saw that the pool was still closed. Our room 202 was on the 2nd floor. It was very clean, and good size. The only "con" was that the bed this time around was much harder and made it too uncomfortable to have a good night sleep(2 nights). Otherwise we enjoyed this hotel very much.

Beautiful on the outside with gorgeous views. Inside old and outdated furniture and carpet. Room was horribly MUSTY. Pool area a demolition nightmare. Dirty chairs in tv area. For payment of $600 for 2 nights hotel needs updating.
