Great Stay
This is great place to stay near Acadia national parks. The house is in front of a beautiful lake, where you can watch sunrise from one of the Master Bedrooms. The property is very comfortable for our party and had more than enough space for our group of six. The Kitchen had utensils and condiments needed to cook for yourself. The house is in a rustic setting and on a dirt road, secluded and rustic. It will be hard to find the way to the home if you arrive after sunset. The property managers from vrbo responded very quickly to our queries, we did had an issue with hot water, which was taken care of the property managers quickly. Overall this property is a great value for money and close to national parks and we highly recommend for others looking to stay in this area

Paradise Found!
We absolutely loved the waterfront of this property. There is a white sand beach with gradual slope and a huge rock boulder that you can swim to and jump off of. We took our paddle boards out to explore 3 islands that were just a short paddle away. The outdoor fireplace was a perfect place to end the day. What a treat to be able to look out on the water and roast marshmallows. We highly recommend this property to anyone who loves nature as it was extremely quiet and beautiful.

AT 2024 Finish Line
Used the cabin to reunite with our son who had just completed an Appalachian Trail Thru hike. Was able to relax and used the home as a central location to visit coastal Maine after he finished at Mount Katahdin. Flew in and out of Bangor. Beautiful cabin with lots of beds and open spacious living room. Awesome property on the lake and with dock, outdoor fireplace sitting area and water toys.
