Cozy Stay at Economical Prices!

This one bedroom, one bathroom groundfloor unit can sleep up to 4 people and is located in a small town in Northeast Iowa that sits at the head of a 25+ mile bike trail. It is fully equipped with two 32" wall mounted SMART TV's, DISH Network service, Wi-Fi and a well equipped kitchen with full size appliances. The bathroom has a nice tub/shower combination. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom and nice pull out sofa in the living room. This apartment makes for a perfect stay for short term work assignments, family visits to the area, hunting trips, or just a quiet getaway for yourself. We offer a second, similarly sized unit in the same property, called Elma Guesthouse, Too.

convenient location for Howard county
Very clean with working appliances and AC. The kitchen is stocked with everything we needed for simple meals. The bed was comfortable and the neighborhood was very quiet. Highly recommended apartment that is much better than any of the local chain hotels.

Convenient!
I stayed at the Elma Guest House Too during Holy Week. The location was close to the Churches in the area that I attended. It was nice having a kitchen so I could prepare my own food.
