The housekeeping staff keep this place looking immaculate, including our suite. The hot continental breakfast was terrible and not edible in my opinion. Although it seemed like the food was being eaten, vast majority of it that was taken ended up in the garbage. Thankfully there were other options, however limited. The staff kept up with keeping the dinning and buffet area clean and well stocked.

GREAT PLACE!

Fast, Friendly staff got us checked in quickly. Pool was a GREAT relaxation point after the drive. Morning coffee was EXCELLENT as well!

Food choices were almost exactly the same as Best Western so not exactly what I would expect for this price point of hotel. Floors were quiet, laundry was on 2nd floor (6 am to midnight) and $3 a load of laundry and the same for drying. Hot tub was quiet, pool is open until 10 pm. Coffee was excellent. Mall across the way is half empty.

Family Reunion

Had big family visit for 25people. Adults and children. The pool was a positive point of interest for the children. The breakfast was convenient for everyone. Feel more staff was needed. Staff that worked at this particular hotel were very helpful.
