Pool was cold. It’s ok though, we enjoyed our stay. The rooms are big. We had a used bar of soap in the shower, so chances are they didn’t clean the shower before we got there although it wasn’t visibly dirty. The happy hour and free cocktails were nice, my husband doesn’t drink alcohol, it would have been a kind gesture to have at least one non alcoholic beverage available for people who don’t use alcohol. I’ve stayed here in the past, and would stay again

Smokers in elevators and right outside entrance to hotel. Non smoking hotel should enforce this and not make people inhale smoke entering lobby. Cleaners slamming doors repeatedly when cleaning rooms.

The hotel is very clean, and the staff helpful. The only complaint that I have is the availability of the restaurant and cocktail lounge. Due to a convention, the lunch buffet was open with no choice of meal, at a very high cost. No other restaurant service was available for sit down dining. The bar lounge was only open in the evening hours.

Internet was not good. Phones in room did not work so had to go down to the front desk for room service. Mentioned the internet and lack of room phones not working. After going to the front desk it took 5 hours for room service.
