Disappointing 21st anniversary away
Disappointed thay jacuzzi was not working. Get told after i booked. Swimming pool sat is for non residents 8 till 12 .steam room perfect sauna was not hot . Didn't get clean towels 2nd day .The young girl that was cleaning the other rooms on the same floor, helped out with clean towels. Said she would find out why . Got a knock later but too late. Room was fine Friday. But nx day had kids next door banging about. And early Sunday morning. Got woken up.

Excellent hospitality and service! Sarah at the front desk was outstanding, always smiling, and went out of her way to make sure I was well cared for during my stay. Debbie with housekeeping was very accommodating and always greeted me. Ethan at the bar and restaurant was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice with lots of options, dinner was delicious, nice beer selection. The fitness area, sauna, and locker room was spacious and tidy. The pool was at the perfect temperature. I enjoyed the outdoor seating. Convenient parking. Clean, comfortable room with air conditioning. I would definitely recommend.

We had a lovely stay. The staff were Very pleasant, helpful and friendly. Excellent continental breakfast. I will highly recommend this hotel. Only downside is there's no Lift or elevator, but otherwise very nice hotel.

the bed was good and the staff friendly. There were some glass bottles of water that remained on the floor in the corridor for the duration of our stay. There were also trays of leftover food left outside rooms for long periods of time. It was as if there was no on tidying up the corridors of food and drink items, which was a pity as everything was very good.

Just a quick stopover. Everything was fine apart from the spa - unfortunately the jacuzzi was out of action and there were swimming lessons in most of the pool. Also the saunas were in the changing rooms. Minor point was we were not told at check in or in room that you need a £1 coin for the spa lockers - would have been handy to be told in advance of going down to changing rooms. Breakfast was plentiful. Good selection and great quality.

Overall a good stay. This was primarily due to the pool and most importantly the staff - they were excellent in all departments, polite helpful and more than happy to help. Shame the hot tub wasn’t working and by the sounds of previous reviews this had not been fixed for a while. The facilities are decent with a good breakfast however the rooms are in need of an upgrade and decorating. Having a fridge in the family rooms at the least would also be far more convenient
