Well the stay was was way less than desirable… and getting ahold of to help with a discount was worse…. We didn’t have sheets for the sofa bed which we needed and the pillows were stained… we were ready for bed but it took 30 minutes (rounding down conservatively). The hotel was going to give us a credit but we had to go through Expedia for it since we booked through them and could not get anyone on the line… time to move away from booking with Expedia unless they can become more accessible for issues like we had.

Slow check-in, great stay
Check-in was problematic, with two of us waiting for nearly 15 minutes while the front desk dealt with a telephone customer. A quick apology for the wait would have helped, but that didn't happen. Otherwise, the place was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable.

Great People!! Terrible Perfume/Bed.
The people working there were the nicest of any hotel. Cleaner than most. Too much perfume sprayed in the room made me a little sick. Bed was uncomfortable and very springy and the springs made noise when I moved.

Facility was clean. Seems to be having staffing issues. Some guests checking in and rooms not ready. My room didn’t have a hair dryer. Not sure if it was supposed to, but couldn’t reach anyone at front desk, because they were helping to clean rooms

The walls in the room need painting or washing, the tile floor had dirt where they had not closed doors to sweep behind them. The toilet paper holder was dirty and rusted. The mattress has low spots making it uncomfortable. The clerk was friendly and the location is good but the overall condition of the place is that it is in need of a proper cleaning crew.

Room needs a thorough cleaning. Questionable something on wall by bed. Bathroom floor grout is very dirty as is the ledge of shower stall. Dropped something behind end table and it was DISGUSTING behind it. Lamp shades are on lamps upside down. Room coffee maker is horrible - didn't work. Every outlet was so loose - nothing stayed plugged in. Phone never charged because outlets need replaced. Lobby is beautiful, food was good, employees were very nice. Rooms need deep cleaned. Can't recommend
