Julien, working the front desk when we checked in was great and helped us get an Uber to old town. The shuttle was very convenient. To catch the shuttle from the airport you must go outside terminal 1 and cross the street to "hotel shuttles". The Movenpick shuttle runs every 20 minutes, 10,30 nd 50 after each hour and was on time. As many others have mentioned, the AC in our room was a bit weak, other than the AC the hotel and staff are highly recommended.

The room’s air conditioning was not working as expected. They have it set pretty standard and cannot be adjusted so we were miserable on those 2 nights of stay while temperature outside was in the 90’s. Also, they did not honor my booking for free breakfast as well.

The property is not clean and ac was not working, they changed the room, but still the same issue and toilet was also not flushing properly in the other room.

AC didn’t work
Our AC was broken. Although it turned on (I had to ask the front desk how to use it because the icons on the knob were faded from use), it did not get cold. Even if it had worked, I’m not sure how cold it would have gotten because there was no temperature gauge, just a knob that turned to hot (+) or cold (-).

Property is really good and staff is really polite but the concern is the sense of security. Every time you step out of the hotel you have to re-active your entry card. I felt that’s really a concern there a security issue and there is no air conditioner in the lot of rooms and the manager was very disrespectful instead of apologetic he was rude.

There was nothing to do in the vicinity of the hotel. The shower had a black ring around the door and the stench in the room smelled slightly of urine. Hotel bar staff was friendly and provided glasses Of ice as there was no ice machine. The work out room was dismal and small.

Check in was fast. We were allowed to check in early, which was helpful. The air conditioning of the room was barely adequate. We were there for two nights, but they only coded the keys for one night. It required an extra trip downstairs to recode the cards.
