This elegant stone house enjoys fabulous views over Ballinskelligs Bay. You'll find this a totally relaxing base for your holiday. This modern property has three large bedrooms, one bathroom and one en-suite. A large stone fireplace dominates the spacious living room with an electric stove. A modern fully equipped kitchen and relaxing dining area also offer panoramic views. Sit in the warm sunroom and enjoy stunning views. Set in a fully enclosed large garden, this charming cottage offers peace and tranquillity and a place to relax. Tastefully decorated throughout. Reenroe beach is only 5 minutes walk from the property down a quiet lane and is very popular for swimming, walking, windsurfing, fishing (bass) and a surf school is located here during the summer months. The Kerry Way passes close to the house, and walkers and birdwatchers will love this location. Nearby Waterville has a world famous golf course, and the Ring of Kerry with its stunning scenery is sure to impress. Free WiFi provided. Oil central heating and electricity extra by meter reading on arrival and prior to departure.

This beautiful stone fronted property enjoys an envious position overlooking Ballinskelligs Bay. 5 minutes walking distance down a quiet lane leads to Reenroe Beach which boasts one mile of unspoilt sandy beach. This property has everything you could wish for in a relaxing base for your holiday. It has peace and tranquillity, fully enclosed large garden, panoramic views of Waterville Beach to the East, Reenroe Beach directly in front and Scarriff Island, Hogs Head and Horse Island westwards. Reenroe Beach offers walking, running, swimming, surfing, horse riding, fishing. Sea angling boat trips can be arranged locally.

Walking, Hill Walking, Cycling: There are many local walks and cycle routes . Bikes can be rented in the nearby town of Cahersiveen. Walks up Bolus Head ( to Bolus Tower), Bray Tower in Valentia, Geokaun Mountain (Valentia) offer breathtaking views over South Kerry and the Sceilig Rocks. Visit Cill Rialaig Famine Village and Artists Retreat and also the Cill Rialaig Art Gallery and Cafe in Dungeagan Village. Information on all these is available in the house and at local tourist offices in Cahersiveen and Waterville.

Eating Out & Area Attractions: Trip to the Skellig Rock is a must and most holiday makers say it is the highlight of their holiday. Boats leave Portmagee and Ballinskelligs daily weather permitting. Valentia Island offers a Slate Quarry, Grotto, Light House, Geokaun Mountain & Fogher Cliffs Viewing Point, Candle making. Watersports for children in Knightstown during summer months include water trampoline, kayaking, fishing, orienteering. There are many archaeological sites in the area including Staigue Fort, Caherdaniel, Leacanabuile, Cahergeal forts. Great location, quiet and private.
Good property for family with little ones. Owner’s dog comes to visit regularly. Easy walk to beach. Waterville is closest town and has everything you could need. Reenroe Cliffs walk was nice. But, it needs more charming touches. More towels, pillows and blankets. More paintings on the walls and a few throw blankets on the couches. Needs some minor maintenance in the bathrooms. Loose sink faucet in hall bath and ceiling in on suite bath. Boiler is either on or off. We cooked the first night until we could judge it. But overall a good property.

The stay was wonderful. Wish we had more time here. Beach is so close but we didn’t have time to enjoy it. The skies were clear but the moon was so bright, didn’t get to see the dark sky. The house is well equipped with everything you need. Our host was quick on responding to my questions. Thank you for having us.

Christmas family getaway
Fantastic property! Lovely hosts and beautiful scenery. We brought our 3 young boys here for Christmas. For a cottage, it was very spacious with plenty of room for them to run around indoors ad the weather wasn't great. Short stroll down to a beach and playground in the beautiful Ballinskelligs only a 5 minute drive away. The views from the porch are stunning. I would love to come back here in the summer!

Sea Breeze is Perfect
Our stay at Sea Breeze was wonderful. The owners - Noreen and Brendan were great to work with and went out of their way to be helpful. The short walk to Reenroe Beach was so nice and the beach itself is beautiful as it overlooks Skelligs bay and Waterville. Wonderful property with great sea views
We had a wonderful time in this gorgeous cottage. The property was really spacious, nicely decorated and very clean. There were many fantastic local attractions to visit and the stunning Reenroe beach was only a few minutes walk from the cottage. Noreen was lovely to deal with and extremely helpful. Check-in was seamless. We would highly recommend Seabreeze to everyone and we hope to come back again to this beautiful part of Kerry.

Peaceful Location
If you are looking for a peaceful, beautiful view this is your place! There are towns about 15 min drive. They are small but nice. Killarney was a little over an hour. We enjoyed our time here! The host was also very welcoming.

Amazing!
This property was beautiful and perfectly located for exploring the southwest of Ireland. It’s not far from any store or restaurant, conveniently located near the Ring of Kerry, and the Skellig Ring. The house has everything you need for a nice long stay and it’s just a short drive or even walk to the beach!! Will definitely stay here again if we get to come back to Ireland!

Perfect holiday cottage in a beautiful area
We had a wonderful holiday in Sea Breeze cottage. Some of the most beautiful beaches I've ever seen are right on the doorstep. Noreen and Brendan were lovely to deal with and the cottage is well equipped for a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this rental.

A little piece of heaven
We had a wonderful week in this seaside cottage. It was bright, spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean It was very well equipped and well organised with clear instructions on how to use everything in the house. It is 5 minutes walk from a beautiful safe beach which is suitable for swimming and surfing, and just a few minutes drive from Waterville and Ballinskelligs. Our host Noreen responded immediately to any questions we had, and both the check in and check out process were very easy. I would highly recommend this property which is perfectly located to explore this beautiful part of the country.

Beautiful property, excellent location!
Close to Ring of Kerry, but even better was the Ring of Skellig! House was everything it said it was. Very clean, owner was very easy to work with, and the views were outstanding! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Great New Years stay
We stayed at Noreens house near Waterville over the New Year period. I could not recommend it highly enough. From the well equipped house(turf fire especially appreciated that time of year )to the lovely beach close by and especially the scenery. The drive from Waterville to Derrynane is without doubt one of the most stunning in the world. Waterville , Derrynane , Portmagee , Valentia Island all breathtaking. Didnt even manage to get out to the Skellig Islands. Next time !
