Needs a major facelift, which looks like they have started. Gross ceilings, dirty bathroom, very old gym and the pool was nasty. Wouldn’t recommend, hopefully the remodel will make this place a nicer place to stay.

Room was fine, breakfast staff courteous and food fine. However, the courtesy desk staff were unfriendly, unwelcoming and less than courteous. I was shocked. This discolored the whole stay for me. I would not expect this for what I pay to stay at a Marriott.

They were remodeling and new TV was hard to operate. The staff however were great and helped us. All of them were very friendly. It was a very clean and quiet motel. The pool was very cloudy and we were concerned about swimming in it.

It's really a shame how different locations within a given chain can be, even at the same price point. For $120/night in the middle of nowheresville, I should be able to get better value. We stay at a lot of Marriott properties to earn status and this was bottom rung. Smelled, old, renovating breakfast area so people had to make do with the lobby for breakfast. Pillows went flat in 10 minutes. Rooms are much smaller than a modern built Fairfield Inn. Single elavator slows down the process in the morning. Furniture is dated. Room feels claustrophobic from its likely 80's build.

Cleanliness: old smelling bath towels, mystery stain on sheets, air conditioning smelled musty. Staff was friendly but waited 10 mins at the desk for them to show up. Property condition: toilet paper holder was falling off, tub bottom was not in good condition. Outside grass area looked nice in the front. I don’t think we’d stay again unless they upgraded things mentioned. Not worth the price we paid.

I had to switch rooms 3 times because the tv remote did not work. Rooms were dirty. The third room had hair in the shower. Even though I had to sign saying I had no pets there was a big dog down the hall.

Charged twice, not good!
Charged twice for room. Once with hotels.com and then in the property itself. I was charged £113 by hotels and £102 at the property. I was then told I would need to speak to my credit card to get the money back. Hotels and Marriott need to sort this out between them as this happens a lot seemly. I hope the hotel does the right thing and sorts it out for me.

Hot tub not working which was disappointing as it’s why we chose to stay here. Pool looked like it had a slime layer on top. Honestly with the hot tub being caution taped off and cones everywhere it felt like we weren’t even meant to be in the pool area. Dirty room. The in room phone had a weird wet substance on it. Breakfast was hot, our door didn’t lock properly unless we slammed it which was unnerving.
