Wine Offer, outside dining area mis-advertised
We have a good stay, however we have the following concerns: 1. We are advised that being guests,we could collect a bottle of wine from the wine shop. But they insisted that wine if provided only on guest wine tasting. We do not mind doing that but this should be clearly stated in our package. 2. The outside table advisertised for this cottage is actually a common area and more for the use of the other connecting cottage. There were lots of possum poo where the outside dining is. 3. As the cottage does not have an aircon, we asked the manager for a fan. This was promised to be arriving the next day but never happened.
