This stylish, bright 2 bedroom space is one side of a duplex.
The entire property is surrounded by fence with a small shared yard. There are 2 bedrooms, King bed in the master and a Queen bed in the second. The space comfortably accommodates 4 people and can accommodate up to 6 people by utilizing the Sofa Sleeper. Additional $40/night per person charge for more than 4 people. Please inquire regarding more than 4 people. Amenities included: smart TV with access to Netflix , Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, and fully appointed kitchen with Keurig coffee maker. All bedrooms have been stylishly and functionally furnished and all beds are dressed in hotel style luxurious linens designed for a great night's sleep.
Please note: This unit has the original lift/lower windows and some of them are a little funky and stick a bit. We add window AC units for the bedrooms in the summer and the remaining windows (living room, bathroom, and kitchen) are best left open for summer to enjoy the typical ocean breeze.
This unit is in an older, nostalgic part of Encinitas and suitable for guests who are looking for a cute stylish place in an awesome location. In other words, it doesn’t have all the fancy upgrades or remodel, but is a super cute, fun place to stay in an amazing location!!
Guests have private access to entire 2 bed, 1 bath home and the top level outdoor patio area which can be accessed by walking out the back door and following the path up the stairs to the patio area.
Interaction with host via Airbnb message, phone, or email. Hosts live nearby as well.
This prime location in downtown Encinitas is just half a block from the Ocean and just a short walk to either Swamis Beach or Moonlight Beach (Coastal Access at Swamis, D St, & Moonlight Beach each within a few blocks).
Plus just a couple short blocks from Coast Hwy and tons of Restaurants, Shopping, Bars, Amazing Coffee, Organic/Gluten Free Eateries, SRF Gardens, Train Station, and quintessential So Cal people watching!
Everything you could possibly need is within walking distance. The Train Station is just a few blocks away and other grocery stores and sites just a short Uber ride or drive away!
This space is intended for use by respectful, clean, mature people and not to be used as a party space. Since we are in a neighborhood, noise levels must maintain a respectful level and lowered after 10 pm. This is a non smoking property.

*We have a strict Cancellation policy. Please consider 3rd Party Travel Insurance to safeguard your travels if there is a chance for your need to alter or cancel your travels.

*Pet Policy – Dogs are welcome at the property. We charge a pet fee of $100 per stay for 1 dog & $150 for 2 dogs, and ask that they have had a recent flee treatment (within 3 weeks of your arrival date). We also ask that you do not allow them on any of the furniture or beds and that you pick up all pet waste from the property and dispose of it in the trash. These rules also apply to “service animals”. Please indicate that you will be traveling with your dog when you send your reservation request and Airbnb will include the $100 fee with your booking. We will have to send a separate payment request of $50 for the second dog after your booking is confirmed.
*Cats are not allowed at the property. If you are traveling with a cat or some other pet please contact us to discuss before booking.
*We strongly recommend that all of our guests obtain Travel Insurance to cover unforeseen incidents that might prevent you from traveling during your scheduled dates. We cannot provide refunds that fall outside of our cancelation policy period.
*The property is being leased and operated (Hosted) by Capri by the Sea, LLC. Guests are permitted to use the property starting at 3 PM on the first day of their stay until 11 AM on the last day of their stay for all confirmed reservations that have been paid in full.
