Checked in and the room wasn’t clean at all. But they assured me the room that I got put in was a mistake and quickly changed it to a better one. Overall, nice stay and well kept up. There’s a nice restaurant and even nicer bar inside as well.

The room was very clean and the stool had a tape on it ssying that it was cleaned and sanitized. The hallways smelt clean and was clean.

There was no hot water. There were broken vending machines and ice machines. The tv only had less than 10 accessible channels and the sensor for the remote was inaccessible. To get breakfast you had to get the voucher in the morning, not when you checked in. Someone was running a chain saw or similar device in the pool area at 2am. There was no coffee creamer or tea.

The hotel was very ran down. They over booked the second room we had and someone walked into my employee's room while he was asleep. There was a cockroach in the shower curtain.

Not a single ice machine worked, very rude lady at check in.. room was hot as heck!! Vending machines didn’t work, Took money, no merchandise out!! Front desk couldn’t (or wouldn’t do any thing about it) overall.. We enjoyed our trip to Oklahoma, but next time we win stay at another hotel!
