Ran out of food items at breakfast at 830. Supposed to serve until 10?? Air conditioning unit was not adjustable. Pool was dirty. Beds were fine. Room was adequate and clean Coffee and cookies in the lobby were great however.

The beds were too soft, confusion due to Microsoft shutdown, inexperienced staff.

Check in was super fast, the check in person was awesome. She was friendly, funny, knowledgeable.
