The front desk promised early checkin at noon over the phone but when we arrived, the in person made us wait until 1:30pm…and she was surly about it. The checkin delay impacted our schedule…we were due at a wedding at 3pm. We needed to get ready.

Nice location, easy to find and to get into and out of. Plenty of food/drink options all within walking distance. Basic room but was clean and comfortable and a good value.

Rooms were average and the service was good. They did offer continental breakfast but we did not take advantage of it due to leaving early in the mornings for Mt. Ranier. It does have some eats and shopping around the area. The Mexican restaurant inside the hotel was phenomenal. We ate there both nights of our stay. The only true complaint was the noise. Every night we could hear footsteps or running above us . Also loud talking outside the room.

The room was fine, but when housekeeping knocked in the morning we were still inside. I said it was ok to do the room at that time; the young lady said she would come back. She never did! So we had no services that day so I did not leave a tip when we left the following day. ☹️

The courtyard was nice. The Hotel lobby and our room were clean. My only complaint was the toilet wobbled. Most restaurants and shopping were walkable. Would stay again

We were not sure what to expect. This place is so cute and right in the heart of downtown. We would definately stay again. Only thing was we couldnt get the ice machine to work and no elevator.

I've stayed here in the past and it appears the exterior areas have been improved a bit. My room would benefit by slight cosmetic touch up in the bathroom. Room refrigerator not working at all and the ice machine out of order. Very frustrating
