Perfect!
We stayed here for a couple days because of the location, being so close to Rainer NP. We were so close to the park entrance and close to Enumclaw for food and other needs. The cabin was beautiful and clean and I wanted to stay for good. There were elk and other wildlife roaming around. Very quiet. Perfect! Will be back when it's time to hike in Rainer again.

Nice and cozy
Very nice place, quiet neighborhood. Only drawback was the WiFi was super slow. An upgrade in WiFi router and/or the Cat fiber cable to increase speed would bring the place to five stars.

Top Notch Spot Near Rainier
The highlight of this property is the outdoor space. Tons of nooks and crannies to explore with many little paths going through it. Excellent deck and flora setup. Whoever devised it deserves props. Very close to Greenwater which has a few shops that are well stocked. Also close to Mount Rainier at <1hr from Sunrise which makes for excellent proximity to many hikes (we did Boroughs and Fremont).

Mt. Rainier vacation
The house was lovely and a good fit for our family of four. The location was perfect for our day trips to the Sunrise corridor. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. It was a little unexpected that we were 30 minutes from Enumclaw, so grocery shopping took a little planning, but the drive is very scenic and Enumclaw is nice and has plenty of options for shopping and dining.

Excellent location, beautiful house, communicative/helpful owner
We were looking for somewhere to stay near Mount Rainier when we found this house. Not only was it clean, and everyone was comfortable, but it was also only about 20 minutes from the park entrance. We saw elk outside every night and the home was furnished beautifully. The owner, Tom Coan, gave us tons of helpful tips, detailed Check-In instructions, and even monitored which park roads/entrances were open or closed, keeping us apprised constantly leading up to our trip. It was peaceful, quiet, comfortable, and exactly what we needed after long days of hiking. If we ever find ourselves in the area again, I would absolutely stay here.

Spring Weekend Getaway
We loved staying here for an early Spring weekend to enjoy the snow at Crystal Mountain before it melts away. Three of us are skiers and the boot warmers at the entrance of the home were awesome, as well as the Lot A parking pass so we didn't have to rush in the morning. The kitchen was huge and well equipped with everything we needed (we made pasta/salad the first night, and pizza the second). While there were a few ants, Tom recommended we spray them down with Windex, and it didn't bother us with how much it was raining outside and being in nature. Plus they never got into any of our food and mostly stayed around the compost area. Clear arrival instructions, tons of games to choose from too, definitely recommended for a small group!

Lovely cabin for weekend skiing
This cabin felt homey and it was perfect for our group of six friends headed to Crystal Mountain for the weekend. It had all of the amenities that I could have asked for (including a hot tub and fireplace). We enjoyed playing Bananagrams and watching movies from the DVD selection (Blade and Mrs. Doubtfire). Couches were comfortable, water in the showers was hot, and the owner even threw in a Crystal Mountain parking pass. Thank you for the hospitality, Tom!

Wonderful cozy cabin near Crystal
Our family of five (2 teens, 1 child) loved our stay at Tom’s cabin. They have everything you might need - including a generator in case of a power outage! Our stay could have easily been cut short considering the 2 day power outage. But we stayed cozy and warm inside, and the hot tub felt amazing after our ski days. It’s about a 30m drive up to Crystal from the cabin. We loved seeing the elk roam the neighborhood and the kids loved playing in the snow. We will 100% rent again, can’t wait for another ski weekend or a summer hike trip. Thank you!!

Happy Hikers
We totally enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future. We walked into the cabin and felt totally welcome, it’s beautiful and homey. The cabin is furnished with many items used for cooking so if you forget something it might be available. Location is perfect for various hiking locations. After a big day of hiking the hot tub was perfect. The property is set up for bonfires but there was a burning ban during our stay. Next time. I managed to slip into a creek on a hike, filling my boots with water, the boot dryer at the cabin came in quite handy. This rental is definitely a 5 star in my book! Thank you Tom!

This was the second time we stayed in this cabin and it has everything! We stayed with friends and did all of our own cooking. The kitchen had everything we needed! All of the rooms were very clean and organized. The hot tub was a treat. The property was beautiful with access to a hammock, swings, and the community trail system. There are elk that roam throughout the community and were often visible nearby. We were also able to stargaze using the comfortable outdoor Adirondack chairs. Wonderful place! We hope to return again in the future.
