This villa features a beautiful entrance. It has a large kitchen with professional equipment for the kitchen princes / princesses
where a mate is. There is a very spacious and cozy lounge with fireplace and a spacious dining room. The property has a large front terrace and a large covered rear patio (veranda 60 square meters) adjacent to a beautiful enclosed garden. Standing in the basement
a Finnish and an infrared sauna. You can take against fee. There are 3 double bedrooms, also usable for multiple people. 1with bath / toilet / tv and 1 with whirlpool bath / shower / toilet / TV and one with shower / toilet / tv. There are also three apartments inside.
Apartment 1 has a whirlpool bath / shower / toilet and two double bedrooms .Appartement 2 has a whirlpool tub / shower / toilet / TV and 2 double bedrooms and a bedstead 2persoons.
Apartment 3 has two double bedrooms and one single bedroom with a shower and toilet / TV.
Most beds are adjustable Auping beds. All sleeping accommodations are on the first floor.
The owner lives on-site its own floor and obviously respect your privacy and you will not be inconvenienced.
There is ample parking at the side of the premises.
additional information: PRESENT: radio / CD player with USB input. TV to receive free wifi throughout the Villa. Kitchen with six-burner stove, dishwasher, American fridge / freezer and microwave oven and super large fryer.
Bedrooms with pillow and duvets. Linen can be hired or brought.(Rent € 7.50 p. St.) The mattresses are free of charge covered by the owner. The whole house has central heating. There is also a fireplace and a nice wood stove
present. pickings are two barbecues in the garden or at some reduced again under the porch. Football table, tennis table, dart board shuffleboard, trampoline and card and board games.

Historie rijk pand van zeer prettige verhuurder
Het betreft een historie rijk pand van zeer prettige verhuurder in een mooie opgeving. Woonkamer, eetkamer en keuken erg ruim en netjes. Slaapkamers hebben gemengde indelingen (wel/geen badkamer en of keuken) en zijn deels verouderd.

TOP OBJEKT
Wir haben mit 17 Personen ein traumhaftes Wochenende in der Villa verbracht. Das Haus ist nicht nur sehr gross, sondern auch liebevoll dekoriert. Die Profiküche ist super und die 2 Minuten Spülmaschine ist Gold wert. Mehrere Bäder und Toiletten sorgen dafür, dass kein Stau vor der Dusche oder dem WC entsteht. Der Eigentümer ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und macht bei Ankunft einen Rundgang durchs Haus. Ein grosser BBQ rundete den Aufenthalt ab. Die Tischtennisplatte, Federballspiel und Dartscheibe wurden ausgiebig benutzt und sind in einem guten Zustand. Rundum ein top Wochenende in einer wunderschönen Umgebung und einem genialen Haus. Vielen Dank Roeland

Entspannter Aufenthalt bei sehr nettem und hilfsbereitem Vermieter
Das Haus bot genügend Schlafzimmer (und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten) für unsere Gruppe (12 Erwachsenen und 8 Kinder - aufgeteilt auf 7 Familien/Paare). Die Aufenthaltsräume (Wohn- und Esszimmer) boten genug Platz für alle. Die Küche mit Industriespülmaschine, Gasherd war sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Prima verblijf voor grote groepen
Mooie grote gezamenlijke ruimte met prima tuin. Professionele keuken met van alles aanwezig. Boven zijn de kamers wat verouderd maar wel schoon.

Das richtige Haus für eine große Gruppe
Villa Aurora befindet sich in einer wunderschönen, hügeligen Landschaft mitten in einem lebendigen Ort. Das Haus verfügt über großzügige Gesellschatsräume mit variablen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Auch draußen gibt es im Garten und unter einem Vordach verschiedene Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Küche ist professionell ausgerüstet und leicht zu bedienen. Die Schlafzimmer sind unterschiedlich ausgestattet und haben fast alle Bad und Toilette. Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter war stets schnell und freundlich. Für große Gruppen (18-19 Personen) ist die schöne Villa wirklich geeignet. Wir waren mit unserem Wochenende sehr zufrieden!

Villa Aurora heeft volgens ons wel wat meer aandacht nodig van de eigenaar. Het geheel doet wat gedateerd aan en met wat moeite zou het er veel beter uit kunnen zien.

Fijn stijlvol verblijf.
Mooie ruime villa waar in je je met zo'n grote groep ook nog even je zelf kon zijn. We hebben genoten van de super geoutilleerde keukenen de sfeervolle ingerichte ruimtes. Veel gewandeld in mooi natuurgebied. Centraal gelegen van België,Duitsland en Nederland. Top.
