Welcome to Ephraim’s Pearl, hosted by Simple Life Rentals! This beautiful, two bedroom, one bath condo is located just footsteps from the breathtaking shoreline for Green Bay and downtown Ephraim. The unit is on the second floor (stairs required) and is fully equipped kitchen stocked with all your cooking essentials. There are two bedrooms, the first is a queen bed on the main level and the second is a king size bed in the loft (stairs required). You will have complete access to the beautiful garden, gazebo, and Weber grills to enjoy your stay. The unit is on the second floor, overlooking the beautiful garden from your own private balcony.

Our quaint and perfectly located condo is just a block from the waterfront where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets and stunning views. We are just a short walk to restaurants, coffee and wine shops, the famous Wilson’s Ice Cream Parlor and so much more. It’s our wonderful happy place and we hope you love your stay! There is no better location in all of Door!

*This property is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors and municipal restrictions, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, weddings, or other gatherings.

Traditional drip coffee maker is provided
Also available are pots, pans, baking sheets, dishes, utensils, hot pads, children's silverware, kitchen towels, BBQ grill utensils, glassware and wine glasses also on site

Amenity + damage protection waiver includes:
-Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. (Please bring your own beach towels)
-A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom.
-PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).
