Friendly staff, great location, comfortable stay
Very close to the main entrance to Palandoken ski center in Erzurum. There are no on-site rental facilities at Sport Otel, but it didn't matter very much. The food was tasty and the staff was friendly and accomodating ā€“ they made gluten-free rice for my friend (rice without the added wheat products that are in many Turkish pilafs).

Perfectly fine
WiFi was a bit patchy in the room but fine in public areas. I wish non-smoking rooms didnā€™t smell of smoke but perfectly clean and not too bad with the window open. Parking convenient. We were there out of season but looks like a great location for skiing.

The hotel is a skii resort type of hotel very clean and practical. Everything is as advertised, it is located at the foot of the mountain so it is a bit far from the city centre, but if you are driving it is perfect

The room was big and spacious. My booking was inclusive of dinner and restaurant staff prepared very delicious food for us. Breakfast was moderate with limited items. Internet signal was not good in the room but ok in the lobby.

Brilliant location for skiing we got a taxi from airport about 15 euro , staff were great. The food was ok best part is the breakfast. Ski cable cars are just in front of the hotel we really enjoyed the ski resort nice long slopes . Room was big . The only downside was sewage smell coming of the room toilet we informed the reception but obviously itā€™s a major issue. Room was 311

Banyo ve oda kocamandı. Yatak iyiydi. Banyoda kĆ¼vet vardı. Ancak duş almak demek her yerin ıslanması demek. Ć‡Ć¼nkĆ¼ cam / kabin yoktu. Otopark mevcuttu. Kahvaltı orta. Ağzı aƧık kalan bir mazgalda Ƨocuğum yaralandı
13.08.2019 GĆ¼nĆ¼ ailemle birlikte bu otelde bir gecelik bir konaklamada bulunduk.Otel genel olarak temiz değil.Personel oldukƧa ilgisiz.Kahvaltı vasat.Bunların hepsi bir kenara koyacak olursak,sabah saatlerinde otelden ayrılmak iƧin recepsyonda ƧƶkĆ¼ÅŸ işlemlerini yapmak iƧin beklerken,8 yaşındaki oğlum otelin hemen giriş kapısının yanındaki yerde aƧık bırakılan bir mangaldan ayağı iƧine girdi ve ve dĆ¼ÅŸtĆ¼.Bu sebeble ayağında Ƨok ciddi kanamalı bir yaralanma meydana geldi.Ƈocuk ayağındaki bu yaralanmayı gƶrĆ¼nce fenalaşır bayıldı.Ben Ƨocuğumu lobide hem ayıltmak iƧin bende ayağındaki yaralanmadan kaynaklanan yaratı pansuman yapmaya Ƨalışırken,otelden hiƧ bir yetkili bize yardımda bile bulunmadı.Otelde doktor varmı diye sordum yok dediler.Ä°lk yardım Ƨantası sordum,iƧinde bir bant bile bulunmayan on yıllık bir ilk yardım Ƨantasını recepsiyondaki Ƨocuk bana verdi.Al ilini gƶr diye.Otelde yetkili birilerini sorunca baba hiƧbir yetkili yok dediler.Kısacası otel lobisinde baygın halde yatan ve ayağından yaralanan bir Ƨocuk varken kimsenin biÄ°mle ilgilenmemesi ve Ć¼stĆ¼ne Ć¼stelik bu ağzı aƧık bırakılan mazgalın sebebini oteldeki tek bulunan kişiye sorunca yapabileceğim bir şey ti diye yanıt verdiler bana.Tam bir rezaletti.Ɩdememi yapıp faturamı isteyincede bana şimdi fatura veremiyoruz blz size sonra ulaştırırız dediler.Bu kadarında pes doğrusu dedim ve ayrıldım.MĆ¼nakaşa adip hakkımı arayamadım.Ć‡Ć¼nkĆ¼ acılar iƧinde bana bakan bir Ƨocuğu hasteneye getirmemek gerekliliğinin bilincindeydim....
