Do you love tiny homes? Then you're guaranteed to fall for Escalante Escapes' Fox Tail! This luxury tiny home rental's 12-foot high ceiling and loft create an airy and spacious feel. Located in Escalante, Utah, you'll be only minutes from Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument and incredible hiking opportunities.

The Space:
Escalante Escapes' Fox Tail is a new tiny home built with you in mind! It's our largest model at 570 square feet with 400 square feet on the main level and the open loft adding an additional 170 square feet. It's a peaceful hideaway in the beautiful southern Utah high desert where you'll make the memories of a lifetime.

The master bedroom features a queen bed, a flat screen Smart TV, a small desktop workspace that's convenient for working on a laptop or getting ready for the day, a place to hang clothes, additional storage space under the bed for luggage, and a thermostat for individual climate control.

The loft area is open to the kitchen and living room and has two XL (extra long) twin beds. This is a great space to play games, store extra gear, or just stretch out and relax. The ceiling height is just under 5 feet, so you big kids don't plan on running around up there.

The kitchen and living room feature an open floor plan with a sliding glass door that opens to the deck, where you can sit and take in the incredible views. Charming
The house was perfectly laid out and the outdoor landscape/space was an expected bonus. It felt private and quiet even though there were other houses just like it beside and in front of our house. We had everything we needed at the house and it accommodated our family of 6 with young children. The location was great—close to everything we wanted to do in Escalante.

Friends Utah adventure
We loved this well appointed, beautifully located tiny house. My friend uses the bedroom, I used the loft, which was comfortable and roomy - other than ceiling height (;-). We would have appreciated a little toaster/oven, but we made due with microwave and stove top. The grounds and decor were just lovely! We had a grand stay.

Gorgeous, clean, and convenient.
I took my Dad for a long weekend of exploring for his 70th birthday. We’ve camped all around Zion and Bryce before, I wanted to take home somewhere we hadn’t seen yet, and I didn’t want to make him sleep on the ground. This cabin was perfect for our needs, gorgeous inside and out, conveniently close to Hold In The Rock road, where we spent most of our weekend, and the property management was very communicative. I will be back. Guests should be aware that the loft space is very compact, great for kiddos, but when we come back with our adult friends we’ll have to sort out the who-sleeps-where politics. That’s my only note. My Dad isn’t used to being treated this way and he was so impressed with the luxurious feel of the place, it made our trip feel like the gift for him that I meant it to be.

Fall Retreat
This tiny home was cozy and having a fire pit and BBQ was really nice. The location was great, close to all the places we wanted to visit. The neighborhood was eclectic, and the Mercantile was fantastic as was the Outfitter. The only minor disappointment was the kitchen was not as well-stocked as we had hoped.

Our tiny house was very warm and cozy. It had all The items needed even a washer & dryer. This might be the one thing I was very happy about. The kitchen was stocked with utensils and plates. The only thing it didn’t have to as a large bowl for soup etc. but we made it work. Keurig coffee was filled with coffee pods, sugar and creamer. We enjoyed every moment of our stay.

Cute tiny house
We had been wanting to try out a tiny house & this place was very nice. We stayed a week & it works as a vacation rental, but probably not as a home. There was very little space for food in the kitchen area & no places for appliances....that said it was great short term. We enjoyed having the extra space outside & the fire pit was a bonus.

This was a great spot to spend the night while hiking in the Escalante area. My two kids loved the upstairs loft area. Check-in was a breeze and the house was clean and well-appointed. When in town, check out Escalante Outfitters for great pizza and you can also buy beer, wine and gear there too!

A little known gem!
The property is so well done and the owners have thought of every amenity. This place will make you want a tiny home of your own! The location is perfect! You're centrally located to some of the most popular National Parks. Escalante is small and quiet, but it had wonderful shops and fabulous restaurants.
