Cyclists are welcome but bicycles cannot be brought inside the hotel under any circumstances. There is a small terrace just before entering, where you can leave your bicycle.

Son Melt (tourist registration number: TI/206) is a small and intimate accommodation where every last detail has been carefully considered to create a welcoming and serene atmosphere that will make your stay in Mallorca unforgettable. It is a Mediterranean-style building with 6 double rooms with en-suite bathrooms, coffee makers, fridges and all amenities. In addition to the common areas such as a large terrace with chairs and tables, they also have a multipurpose lounge. The standard rooms have a double bed (1.50m x 2m).

The location is ideal as hiking routes to the Serra de Tramuntana start right from the door of Son Melt. In less than 20 minutes by car you will reach the wonderful "Port des Canontge" (a spectacular cove that takes you back in time). It is only 22 minutes by taxi from the Airport (approximate cost: 30ā‚¬), about 18 minutes by car from Palma, and a 2-minute walk from the main street of Esporles where you will find the commercial and leisure activity of the village (all kinds of cafes and restaurants). The area has numerous delicatessens selling fresh fruit and Mallorcan produce.

Esporles is a mountain village settled in the Serra de Tramuntana, on the west side of Mallorca. This beautiful village largely retains its original charm, with typical stone houses and winding streets. It also enjoys excellent access to the road network and main services. Despite being outside Palma, it is a very popular choice among the thriving international community of permanent residents, who benefit from its incredible landscape and easy access to Palma and other areas.

Schƶn eingerichtet, aber sehr klein. Wenig Licht und wenig Mƶglichkeiten fĆ¼r Kleider. Alles etwas eng. FĆ¼r wenige NƤchte eine tolle Unterkunft, kleine LƤden mit Essen und 2-3 Restaurants liegen nahe.

Geplant war KEIN Bade- und Relaxurlaub! Sofern man Mietauto und Wanderschuhe im GepƤck hat, ist Esporles als Ausgangspunkt fĆ¼r viele Unternehmungen in alle Richtungen empfehlenswert, Voraussetzung: man liebt die Ruhe der Landschaft, die Freundlichkeit der Menschen und die unmittelbar erlebbare heimische Nachbarschaft in einem Stadthaus, wo Tradition und Moderne (z.B. ein anspruchsvolles und effektvolles Beleuchtungssystem / architektonische Gesamtgestaltung des Hauses) zu einer gelungenen Synthese vereint wurden. Dass unser Aufenthalt im Stadthaus Esporles auch einige Kompromisse einforderte (Appartement 2 bezĆ¼glich der GrĆ¶ĆŸe) muss individuell jeder Einzelne fĆ¼r sich entscheiden. Die engen StraƟen der Gebirgsorte und die Parkplatzsuche kƶnnen vielleicht fĆ¼r manchen Autofahrer eine Herausforderung darstellen, es lohnt sich aber! Zumindest dieser Mai wies gut ertrƤgliche Temperaturen auf, es kam uns sehr entgegen - fĆ¼r uns insgesamt ein gelungener Urlaub!
