Eine Grosse Wohnung, Ruhige Lage
Wir - drei Familien und Pärchen - haben die lange Wochenende um die Spielemesse sehr genossen. Die Wohnung hat viel Platz und eine praktische Küche für zusammen kochen, essen und spielen, und Stadtzentrum/Messe ist gut mit den Öffis zu erreichen.

Sehr gute Unterkunft für eine kleine Gruppe
Es ist alles in ordentlichem und sauberen Zustand. Die Vermieter sind offen und freundlich. Die Lage ist ruhig, obwohl sie an der Straße liegt. Das Restaurant im Erdgeschoß (Medallion) können wir auch nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Ferienwohnung am Stadtrand von Essen
Die Wohnung war gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Sie war groß und geräumig, allerdings in die Jahre gekommen.. Das Ambiente war spartanisch und das Wohnzimmer knapp möbliert (für 5 Erwachsene war das Sofa zu klein und Sessel gab es nicht), Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren eine bunte Mischung. Zur Wohnung kam man über einen Flur, in dem die Mitarbeiter des im Haus befindlichen Restaurants, rauchten. Sehr unangenehm… Das Restaurant war aber richtig gut und ist zu empfehlen!

Die Lage direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße und 2 Schlafräumen direkt an der Straße bedeutete schlaflose oder Nächte mit geschlossenem Fenster. In der Beschreibung hatten wir der Bedeutung Handwerkerwohnung kaum Beachtung geschenkt ....

Tolles Wochenende bei netten Menschen
Branka und Peter sind zwei sehr liebe und nette Menschen, die uns herzlich bewirtet haben. Die Wohnung ist riesig und hat alles, was man braucht. Kleinigkeiten wurden umgehend behoben. Sollten wir wieder eine Unterkunft in der Region benötigen, werde ich hier wieder anfragen.

Tolle Wohnung, supernette Gastgeber!
Die riesige Altbauwohnung ist sehr gepflegt und liegt in gut erreichbarer Nähe zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Gastgeber sind nett, engagiert und immer ansprechbar. Noch mal 5 Sterne bekommt das Restaurant Medaillon im Haus. Wir haben lange nicht mehr so gut mediterran gegessen. In zwei Jahren, wenn die Equitana zum nächsten Mal stattfindet, werden wir die Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder mieten.

Sehr schöne, geräumige Wohnung
Tolle Wohnung, genau wie auf den Bildern. Super ausgestattet, sogar mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Whirlpool, und einem extra Getränkekühlschrank, sodass man Bier, Wein und Softgetränke zum kleinen Preis erwerben konnte. Die Zimmer und das Bad sind modern eingerichtet. Lediglich die Küche ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und passt irgendwie nicht zum Rest der Wohnung. Die Lage ist toll: Alles ist schnell zu erreichen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in der Nähe. Wir waren mit unserem Hund da und nach ca. 2 Minuten in der ruhigen Natur. Für das Ruhrgebiet ungewöhnlich. Die Vermieter sind absolut unkompliziert: Die Kommunikation war problemlos und wir konnten zeitlich quasi an- und abreisen, wie wir wollten. Einziges Manko und daher der Sternabzug: Die angestellte Reinigungskraft hätte der Küche doch mehr Aufmerksamkeit schenken sollen: der Kühlschrank war nicht sehr sauber und es standen noch Reste der Vormieter drin (Gemüse, offene Babygläschen usw.). Auch die Fronten waren zum Teil erheblich verklebt bzw. fettig. Das ist schade, weil die Wohnung sonst sehr sauber und toll war!
