My stay at Wyndham Duisburg
I’m a diamond member, I was not greeted as a member when I showed my membership. I was not offered any perks upon my check in. I had paid in advance for the room and breakfast (I was always given a free breakfast in the United States due to my Diamond status) but was initially told I had to pay for and was charged for breakfast. Finally the receptionist said she had made a mistake and refunded my credit card charge for breakfast. This ordeal really put a rain cloud over my overall experience and made my stay most unpleasant. I had to leave a day early (I was not refunded for the charge) and asked that I receive all points associated with my stay, I have not received my points for my 2 day hotel payment as of today.
