2 Bedroom Beachside Apartment Overlooking Pool & Palm Trees On New Golden Mile

We have a bright, south facing apartment on the Costalita Urbanization located on the New Golden Mile between San Pedro and Estepona, beach side from the village of Cancelada. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open plan living/dining area leading onto the terrace, a separate kitchen and a utility room. There is air conditioning. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. There is secure underground parking which is accessed by lift. There are marble floors throughout the apartment. We have a Wifi internet connection.
Outside there is a large shared swimming pool (used only by the neighbouring apartments) which you can see from our terrace and the main bedroom. The second bedroom has views of rolling hills in the distance.
Costalita has a reputation for being a very well-maintained development set in beautiful tropical gardens full of palm trees and flowering shrubs. A pathway from our building leads down to a sandy beach and promenade where you will find a beach bar and restaurant.
Just adjacent to Costalita is the Villa Padierna Racquet Club where you can play tennis & have a drink in their club house. There is a 24 hour security patrol in the area and Costalita apartments can only be accessed through locked gates.
There is a life guard on duty during July & August.
Our terrace is a great place for alfresco dining at our Moroccan tiled table or soaking in the sun on one of our sun loungers. From here you can almost touch the nearby palm tree and you also have a great view of the pool so you can keep an eye on your children and call them up for meals and friends for cocktails.
The apartment is well appointed and smartly furnished and we make a great effort to maintain it to a high standard. This is an ideal place for a family holiday or for those who would like to come and explore Andalucia, play golf, tennis, horse ride or go sight seeing to the famous White Villages ( Peublos Blancos ) a short drive in land from us.
From our apartment it is also easy to go on day trips to Gibraltar, Granada, Jerez and Malaga. The Costa del Sol is the warmest part of Europe in winter which makes it an attractive all season destination and we recommend it for a winter holiday when it is dark & gloomy in northern Europe as well as for summer holidays.
We have put together a House Book in which we have listed in detail many of the places to visit, things to do and instructions, in order to make sure your stay here in Costalita is relaxing, stress free, interesting and fun.
We have an Apartment Manager Barry who can be contacted during day time hours if help be needed.
We are in an area with something for everybody: be it lazing about on the beach or taking a dip in the pool - you can swim here between the end of April and the end of October. You can also play golf, tennis, cycle, visit local markets, horse ride, take yoga classes, visit the gym, explore the dramatic landscape of Andalucia with its charming White Villages including Ronda, Gaucin or visit the internationally famous marinas of the Costa del Sol. Cordoba, Seville, Granada, Marbella are also easy destinations to tour.

Lovely clean well presented apartment
We had a lovely stay at Costalita. The apartment is a great size, very well kept, clean and tidy with a gorgeous terrace overlooking the pool. The pool is great and my two children (5 and 2) loved it as did we. Considering it was the summer holidays it wasn't busy and was very chilled and relaxing around the pool. The beach is very close and the walk through from the apartment to the beach is beautiful with ponds, fountains and lots of greenery. It was a pleasure to walk through. There is a lovely restaurant along the beach called La Antigua where we enjoyed dinner and breakfast. Cancelada is a short walk with some lovely restaurants including a place which sells churros and is clearly very popular with the locals and we can see why! You do have to walk over a busy motorway on a foot bridge to get there and for the larger supermarkets which isn't the nicest but it is only about 10 minutes walk away. overall we had a great time and would happily come back one day. Thank you.

Family holiday
A fantastic apartment, very spacious and well decorated with a gorgeous balcony. The pool was lovely and the gardens were beautifully manicured, it wasn’t even that busy in August. We enjoyed playing tennis at the tennis club nearby. We loved old town Marbella and we did a fabulous river walk in the gorge at Benahavis. Our kids who are 7 and 9 years old had a brilliant holiday as we did too.

A fantastic apartment set in immaculate gardens very close to the beach
We had a wonderful holiday in the apartment - the view from the apartment was gorgeous and our children loved the pool and going to the beach to play in the waves. We also loved Pepe's restaurant which is a 5 minute walk down the beach. The gardens are absolutely beautiful and immaculately kept. There are ponds with little turtles and frogs in and its all lit up at night - it really was like being in a 5 start hotel without the staff. I would highly recommend this apartment and if you are fortunate enough to be reading this because your thinking of going there, then my advice would be to book it.

A well placed lovely apartment
This is a good sized, comfortable, well decorated apartment. In a good position on a quiet, tidy complex. The generous beach, which was virtually empty whenever we visited, is just a 5 minute walk through the beautifully manicured gardens. The underground private carpark is a real bonus. Cancelada is only a short walk away and is in an attractive and convenient part of Spain. Wish we were still there!

Nice and homely apartment in quiet neighborhood
The apartment was clean and easy to feel at home in. The common areas and pool were well kept and organized, although the opening hours for the pool were a bit limited (11:30-19:30) Nigel, who checked us in, was nice and very helpful, giving useful tips about restaurants and activities in the neighborhood.

El alojamiento ha superado con creces nuestras expectativas. Es más bonito de lo que aparece en las fotos, colchones muy cómodos y gran cantidad y variedad de menaje, la terraza muy adecuada para pasar buenos momentos en ella, con un mobiliario muy bonito y cómodo, la urbanización muy bonita y muy cuidada y la piscina una maravilla, la plaza del parking muy grande y con fácil acceso. La zona muy tranquila y con vigilancia. Altamente recomendable.

Piscine en travaux et chantier autre chantier à proximité
Nous avons passé un bon séjour en bord de mer (juste à proximité heureusement) car travaux de réfection de la piscine pas terminé et bruyant les matins lors du petit-déjeuner 😫 Sinon il y avait aussi un chantier juste à côté un peu moin bruyant. Sinon, nous avons retrouvé le même lit double avec toujours le même problème (sommier cassé et bricolé) impossible de bien dormir sans mal de dos… la personne est venue réparer mais pas suffisamment pour éviter ces soucis. J’estime qu’il faudrait changer le couchage car pour le prix du séjour demandé cela ne correspond pas ! Merci tout de même à la propriétaire qui nous a fait un geste commercial sur le séjour suite à tout ces problème. Sinon endroit magique et idéalement bien placé.

Buen apartamento
Apartamento muy nuevo. Buena urbanización y excelentes zonas comunes. Vista a la piscina con terraza grande. A 4 minutos a pie por un paseo dentro de la urbanizaciin. Buena plaza de parking. Muy fácil quedar con la agencia para entrega y recogida de llaves. Cambian sábanas y toallas una vez por semana.. Playa con poca gente pero mar con entrada algo brusca y agua más o menos limpia según días. Muy buena estancia.

Vacances en famille agréables dans un petit paradis !
Nous avons passé un magnifique et agréable séjour dans une résidence calme et bien entretenue. Un petit coin de paradis et sympathique accueil du gardien de l’immeuble. Certes le bruit des tondeuses à gazons parfois bruyantes au petit déjeuner. Sinon parfait Nous étions à 5 min à pied de la plage pour profiter de la Mer. L’appartement est spacieux et bien situé avec une grande terrasse donnant sur les jardins et la piscine. Voiture presque indispensable pour ce déplacer.
