Terrible Customer service
This is supposed to be a 2 bedroom self contained apartment. The apartment itself is great and so is the complex. That's where the good news ends. Do not rent this apartment.
There was no iron or ironing board, not enough towels, no bathroom floor mats, no tea towels.
There wasn't a kettle, microwave or toaster. The freezer didn't work, there are loose floor tiles, missing architrave around a door, bedroom furniture that was about to fall to pieces and coat hooks falling off the wall.
The worst fault was that the main shower had a large crack in the tray which resulted in the apartment below flooding on several occasions before we were told. For four days we all had to sit in the bath and use the shower head because the en suite didn't have a head high enough to stand under plus there wasn't a shower screen.
Communication with the owners were diabolical. They told us to report the issues to the site management which we did, but they refused to help because the apartment was privately owned. We bounced back anf forth with the site manager and the owner without an apology or offer of a solution. The worst part was that having spoken to the occupants below who had rented their apartment for 2 years he confirmed that the apartment owner and the site office were aware of the cracked tray for along time, but no action was taken. He therefore had to deal with a flood every week.
We were finally offered a paltry €80 refund for all the inconvenience and food we bought for the freezer.
They just don't want to deal with the issues and prefer to take people's money rather than deal with the problems.
We left today and you can bet there will be another family will arrive today to discover the problems and flood the apartment below.
