Great Location - Not great value
You can't beat the location of this property! For the price, relatively high, condition of property could be better. The shower is less than Motel 6 quality, property could use some TLC. Biggest gripe is the hot tub really doesn't work well, not hot tub temp, no jets, more like warm bath water. Hot tub was a big thing my party was looking for, so that was disappointing.

Fun Weekend close to town
We had a wonderful time. Close walk to town. Hot tub was lovely. One of the girls in our group recommended having mirrors in the rooms to help with people getting ready since theres the 1 bathroom. We made it work and definitely not a complaint. We enjoyed ourselves immensely! Thank you!

Perfect Stay
Space was clean and accurately described. Perfect size for 5 adults and a child. Was a little warm inside when we got there, but the weather was warmer than we expected for the end of September and the house doesnt have air conditioning, but fans and windows open at nigjt worked just fine!

Great spot a block up from the main street
We loved this cozy spot just up the hill from Elkhorn. An easy walk into town and to the shuttles, and plenty of space to hang out in between events. The hot tub was a very welcomed addition to kick off our weekend away.

Great place to stay close to downtown. We were able to walk to restaurants and shops. There were 4 adults and 1 teenager with plenty of room. We were able to see lots of wild life and enjoyed the hot tub!

Rustic, a few small items, but overall worked well for us
This place was the perfect size and location for me, my husband, and my 3 adult children!! Over all we really enjoyed the place!! The place was very clean and cute! Had everything that was indicated on the file. There are a few things that could use some attention, but it didn’t hamper our stay at all! The 2 right side burners of the stove weren’t working. We did see some mouse droppings in some of the kitchen drawers… not a surprise in a house this old. There was a lot of clutter in the kitchen and desk drawers… seems like it could be tidied up some and throw out some junk. We found that same concern outside.. just some stuff that could be cleaned up and make the property so much nicer. Also, the mattresses in the loft aren’t the best. If you have little kids, probably ok, but not for an adult/larger kid. Our son wasn’t very comfortable. The front door lock wasn’t working correctly with the key.. we had to use the code the whole time cause the key would just spin in the handle. But honestly, overall we really enjoyed the place and it was in a great location to the downtown and the view of the mountains was nice!!! We would definitely stay here again. Just could be so much better with a bit of TLC.

Served its purpose
Property was as advertised and in a good location since we were visiting Rocky Mountain National Park. The upstairs was VERY hot and musty when we checked in and we had to look around for fans to help. The info book didn’t have much about the actual property in it. Overall the property seemed just a little run down but served its purpose and we had no major issues.

Mother Daughter Trip to the Rockies
This place was the perfect stay in Estes Park. I traveled with my mom and 2 adult sisters, there were more than enough comfy places to sleep, we had everything we needed for an easy stay, and there was plenty of room. Host was great, made sure we had all the information needed for our stay and check-in/check-out was a breeze! The location was perfect, only a couple minute walk to downtown shops and a short drive to RMNP. Although we did not get a chance to enjoy the hot tub, it had a beautiful view and we liked knowing we had the option to use it if we wanted. Would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely look here first if I travel back to Estes Park!

Cute Retro Cottage
My 3 friends and I came up for a few days. We loved the location of the cottage being so close to main street, but yet away from the noise and crowds. It was cute and quaint! My only small complaint was it wasn't as clean as it could be (dead bugs and dust in the window sills, the shower liner was sooo dirty and ripped, and there were black marks on the back of the bathroom door). They left a bottle of red wine which was so thoughtful! We happen to drink white, so left it for the next people.

Cute House- But Don’t Stay if You Care About the Hot Tub
The house was nice and in a good location. But if you are hoping to use the hot tub, I would avoid it. The hot tub was dirty. We went in the first night, and it caused skin issues for several people in our group.

Cozy cabin close to town
My family and I spent a wonderful week in Estes Park during Christmas! This cabin was cozy, but it worked out fine for 6 people. The furnace did struggle a bit to keep up, but it was very cold while we were there though. The kitchen was easy to cook in and seating for 6 around the table was nice. The number 1 thing I searched for when booking this trip was the location to town. This cabin is in a prime location! It was so easy for us to walk to town and we loved that. Thanks for much for a great stay!

Great! But hot tub didn’t work
One of the reasons we chose to stay here was because of the hot tub. So it was disappointing when it never got hot enough to use. Other than that the place was great.
