Older home with need of flooring repairs
Spacious; older home in need of flooring repairs- nice hardwood floors but very uneven, sagging in one of the bedrooms that was a tripping hazard for someone in our group. Surrounded by lots of trees so pretty private but also trees cause bug issues, also needed bug treatment.

Just what we needed!
Great location within walking distance to downtown. Three beds/bedrooms. Clean and well-stocked. Easy check in and check out process. Comfortably sleeps 6. Suggestions: Add a few chairs to the front porch, add a pullout couch to the living room, and maybe even add a twin bed to the laundry room. Very spacious!

Fishing Tournament
Corey answered my many questions before booking and my additional questions after booking. The house was a perfect location for us to get to Lake Point for a high school fishing tournament. We will definitely book again if our fishing tournament trail bring us back to Lake Eufaula.

Exactly as described. Very roomy and enough space for two trucks and boats. Driveway is tight for backing in a boat but its doable. Highly recommend.

Fishing was not good,had fun ,house was everything we needed,was able to park 3 rigs in the drive and side/back,only complaint floors aren't level ,takes a lil getting used to, love the washer dryer ,referator with ice/water 12 cup coffee maker ,nice location and neighbors

The location was perfect. So close to downtown shopping and restaurants. First time in Eufaula and we loved this historic and quaint little town. The house was very clean and roomy enough for our family. Highly recommend!

Some inconsistencies
We were told there would be coffee, but there were only 3 scoops of coffee. So first things first, we bought more coffee. There were also some issues with the floors not being level, which could easily trip some folks up. Ease of check in and check out was fine and the place was clean. It was also centerally located with restaurants and stores being convenient.

We rented this place for a couple of our children and their families. They had plenty of room and had everything they needed. The house was very clean and smelled very good when you walked in. Would definitely recommend and would rent again. Cory was very accomodating.

Fabulous place we'd select this property again!
A clean home with necessary amenities. Owner was very responsive and helpful. House was easy to get to and walking distance from Superior Pecan and other businesses. We had plenty of room with a lovely front porch and back yard patio with fire pit. Large bathrooms and bedrooms are very nice. We plan on visiting friends in the area again and would book this in a heartbeat!

We came up for some deer hunting across the lake. The place was perfect. It accommodated our trucks. It’s close to everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable! Will definitely do it again next time we have the same group coming up to hunt.
