You'll be thrilled to stay in a desirable neighborhood of the Ferry Street Bridge area in Eugene. Centrally located; close to the hub and yet you will be in a quiet and friendly residential neighborhood conducive to walking or running around the area.

The property is in a cul-de-sac; away from street noise. Within 1-3 miles to the hub; Peacehealth-Sacred Heart Hosp, Autzen Stadium, UofO, Hayward Fields, Eugene downtown, Hult Center, 5th Public Mkt, City parks, Oakway Golf Course, Climbing Columns Trailhead and 3 shopping malls & popular restaurants. Enjoy the beauty of the Mckenzie River, about 3 miles or the Willamette river that runs right through town where you can walk or bike alongside about 1.5 miles away.

The space
You'll have a living/dining/full kitchen areas, a huge bedroom, ensuite full bathroom, washer and dryer, workstation, a spacious walk-in closet, and your own patio.

Front Room: The living area has a 55" cable smart TV with Prime Video and Netflix but you're welcome to use your own app account. Our guests enjoy the large recliner and the sofa is as comfortable.

Bedroom: You'll sleep in a huge,15x30 size bedroom with a queen size luxury mattress bed for the 2 main guests, a twin murphy bed, and a twin/full futon for your other company. Also has a 40" smart TV with Netflix and Prime Video only.

Walk-in closet: Bedroom offers a spacious walk in closet, clothes hangers, a small dresser, mirror shelves, extra pillows and beddings.

Work station: In the same bedroom is your dedicated workspace. Wifi is exclusively for your use with a high-speed of 50 mbps.

Full Kitchen: Equipped with more than the basics for your cooking pleasure. The dining area opens to your own patio with huge backyard. Simply enjoy reading under the sun or feel the breeze after a long-day activity. You are welcome to walk around the backyard and pick grapes or flowers when in season. The space is adjacent to the hosts' main house.

Bathroom: Ensuite spacious full bathroom with grab bars, and a washer/dryer.

Other charges: Cleaners charge a one-time set up/store away fee of $50.00 for use of the twin Murphy Bed or futon should the two main guests decide not to sleep together in one queen bed or to set up/store infant's furniture.

A fee of $75.00/per night for each additional guests (kids count as one head) after the two main guests.

Main guest will be charged the current standard rate per night for each unregistered/undeclared guests.

Guest access

One-level home with ramps and grab bars with a roughly 4-5" threshold in the shower. Parking is on the driveway; not on the street.

Your own private entryway onto the front door, dining, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom are all ground level. About a 6-inch step down to the patio . There is an exit door on the side of the bedroom to either the backyard or to the front of the guesthouse leading to the driveway for emergency use.

The huge backyard is shared with the hosts who are very seldom out to do yard work or when grandkids occasionally come for visits and are out in the yard for a really short time, or not at all.

Other things to note
The left side of the driveway facing the house is dedicated to the Guesthouse parking, limited to 1 car only; your visiting guests may park behind your car temporarily.

NO PARKING ON THE STREET. Exterior security cameras are on all entryways ONLY. We CANNOT accommodate reservations with furry animals and smokers due to medical reasons. Pls refer to "show more" at the end of the House Rules for more information.

Excellent apartment in Eugene, OR.
We stayed at Stan and Juris’ apartment in Eugene. It is conveniently located and has easy access to freeways and from/to the Eugene Airport. Parking at Juris’ apartment is easy and access to the apartment is quick and simple. The apartment offers security, it’s well lit, it is sparkling clean everywhere, and has ample room for a week or longer stay. The apartment is well stocked with supplies and has appropriate kitchen utensils. Stan and Juris are wonderful hosts, they give personal attention to their guests; communicating with them is easy, they respond quickly, and they strive to give guests a pleasant experience. Don’t be afraid to ask questions or to ask for their advice regarding questions about Eugene, these hosts are pleased to help. I highly recommend staying at their place.

Wonderful guest house and hosts
You can tell from the moment you arrive that your hosts care - and that they pride themselves on offering the best in accommodations. The unit is spacious, immaculate and well appointed. The bed (and all the furniture) is comfortable. You have your own lovely patio in the well kept back yard for relaxing after a day of enjoying all that Eugene has to offer. Highly recommend this guest house.

BEST rental we ever had. The owners were personable and responsive, addressing even minor issues immediately. The unit was very comfortable, nicely appointed with a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, comfy patio chairs + umbrella, etc...... Unit was very conveniently located for our activities. Would most definitely stay there again if we ever have occasion to visit Eugene in the future.
