From outside looked nice, inside average. Pool not available. Ad said included breakfast but was only for weekends. Office open from 8-8 but you had to call them as phone # was posted on door. Finished our stay but wouldn't go back again.

Good hotel for the price.
Room was comfortable and clean. They had breakfast on the weekend which was waffles, bagels, bananas or cereal. Staff was helpful and was available anytime we went to the office for something. Nice patio area downstairs behind the hotel with a firepit.

We specifically booked this hotel because they said they had a pool and breakfast. When we arrived, the pool was covered and all patio furniture turned upside down. When we went to check in, there was no one there. We had to call and wait for someone to arrive on the property. When we asked him about the pool and that is why we booked there, He didn’t care and didn’t give a discount. Their ice machine was not working - they had an ice chest sitting out under the steps. I wish I would have taken pictures of the room - the heating light in the bathroom was fully exposed with wires hanging. There was more but the main thing was no pool and no empathy whatsoever. Other guests told us they had no hot water and no care by the owner. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pool wasnt open breakfast was just the weekends paint peeling in bathroom nails coming up from threshold no one was in the office had to call ran my card the day we got there instead of the day we left we left early so we lost money but never got rest 1 room kept arguing and yelling i was very disappointed never again

Much room for improvement, poorly ran hotel.
It was OK. I had to call the guy on his cell phone in order to check in, despite calling earlier to leg him know when I would be there to check in. I did get to check in a little bit early. The ice machine was broke and they were doing construction so not many people were staying there. When I went down the next morning for breakfast, there was no one in sight. I later asked the guy about breakfast and he said that sometimes on the weekends they have breakfast. That is not the way it was advertised so I didn't get breakfast which was annoying. I wouldn't stay there again but the location was convenient for me.
