If there are any days blocked that you are interested in booking, send me a message I may be able to accommodate. (I move around to my Airbnb’s and stay in them every couple of weeks)
The space
Simple and comfortable bungalow style home with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room and kitchen. I also have a hot tub in the garage lounge area that is available for use. No pets allowed in the hot tub.
Guest access
All areas of the house and yard. I will have a utility room blocked off.
Other things to note
If you have pets, an extra cleaning fee will be requested. $40 for 1 night and $50 for more than 1 night.

Late checkouts result in $50 for each additional 30 minutes past checkout time unless previously arranged with host. (Example: checkout at 12:00 pm results in a $200 late checkout fee)

I do not allow parties at this property. However, if you're planning a small gathering for more than 5 registered guests for your booking, please ask in advance to get host's approval. Total guests must be less than 10 people. If more than the allotted number of guests are on the property without first obtaining host's approval, guests will be charged $500 and booking will be canceled. No refunds will be given. For any unsanctioned gathering or party, guests will not be allowed further use of the property, be asked to leave, and also charged $500.

Really cute place!
We got into the house so easy and it was a very nice place..it had lots of different games and a record player..fans for each bedroom... very clean and the back yard was big our dogs had plenty of room to run around..all in all a great little place..host was amazing also!
