One thing was I had the jetted bathtub room Nov 15- Nov 18th I believe and it was special for my birthday day before jetted tub had a crack so not safe and some jets didn't work we told them they offered to switch room but not for one night too inconvenient and we were only told next time half price.we are regulars and should have been offered a free night or two half price is nice but expensive room

We had stayed here in quite a few years ago and decided to give it a try again. The breakfast area has been updated yet the rooms and hallways are dated. Clean but dated. Hotel is close to shopping which is why we went. Had a hard time finding a restaurant that served more than just burgers. Had to drive down to Lynnwood to have dinner. Overall was a good stay. Rooms could use a refresh and better selection of restaurants.
