This spacious apartment is on the 3rd floor (with a lift) provides accommodation for 5 people. It has a great view of Lake Geneva from the dining area and a South facing balcony accessible from the well equipped kitchen (oven, fridge/freezer, coffee machine).
There are two bedrooms : the South facing bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, and the North facing bedroom has a double bed, a balcony facing the Lake and an ensuite bathroom with WC.
There is another bathroom available as well.

There is no parking available with this flat, but it is possible to order an underground parking pass in advance (70€ per week).

appartement bien place
l appartement très propre la vaisselle moins j 'avais demande avant la réservation s il y avait des stores pour ne pas être réveillé avec le jour mon fils se levant pour travailler a 5 heure tt les matins on m avait dit oui par écrit en arrivant les stores d'une chambre tellement vieux que les lamelles ont bien au moins 2/3 cm d'écart entre elle on a du scotcher des sacs poubelles sur les fenêtres et l'autre chambre les stores s'arrêtent a 60 cm du sol sinon a part ça je recommande bien place vue magnifique mais pour le prix un lave vaisselle et un micro onde auraient ete bienvenu

Tolle Aussicht auf den See
Die Wohnung mit zwei schiebefensterverglasten Balkonen zum See und einem nach hinten war sehr gut zu lüften und hat eine herrliche Sicht auf den See. Teilweise ist die Einrichtung modern und teilweise sehr alt (was nun geändert werden soll). Es gibt 2 Bäder, bei einem ging leider der Duschschlauch nicht. Leider gibt es auch keine Spülmaschine und die Waschmaschine haben wir nicht benötigt. Der Lärm der Straße war erträglich durch die Verglasung, so dass wir sehr gut geschlafen haben, auf guten Matrazen. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten der Stadt und der Funiculaire sind sehr schnell zu erreichen. Wir hatten noch eine Tiefgarage in der Parallelstraße, was auch sehr hilfreich war, da wir mit den Fahrrädern angereist waren. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder nehmen.
