Very nice hotel but service is lacking. You have to put a deposit to access pool towels and have to argue to be able to put stuff on the room. Room was cleaned at 4pm. But very nice spot to be in Evora.

In a country that is known for its paper products, we were surprised that we did not have Kleenex in our bathrooms Also, we would’ve appreciated better quality pillows on the bed and more pegs to hang our towels in the bathroom near the sink.

We had a nice stay however the checkin time was changed at the last minute by the hotel to 4:00pm, and we did not receive notice of this. We only had one night in Evora and were leaving early so this was not a welcome change. The staff worked hard and did get us a room by the original checkin time.

A beautiful property with very nice design. Staff was very helpful and friendly, parking was easy and you can walk to everything Évora has to offer. The facilities were starting to fall into disrepair - the window in our room was broken, for instance - and they oddly don’t provide conditioner in the room, which is inconvenient for people with long hair (like me).

Very nice and comfortable hotel. Staff was very nice and friendly. Hotel was a little difficult to find as you have to navigate through narrow inner town streets with lots of one ways. Overall great place to stay.

We loved our stay at the olive hotel! We were able to swim privately in the indoor pool and outdoor! The staff were sooo nice and it was so convenient to have parking underground included. We will be recommending this place to all of our friends and family. A gem!

Comfortable stay even if you don’t use amenities
Everybody was really friendly and accommodating. The beds were super comfortable, the blackout curtains worked well and it was pretty quiet. The keys need to be in the slot to use the electricity which is nice. Shower was comfortable, big and good water, pressure enough hot water etc. Jim was decent and the pools look nice. It was just too chilly during our stay to use them. The bar also had a nice vibe
