Completely renovated beach house with private beach access only 50 steps away. Updates were made with a "work and study" family function in mind. Hawaiian Telcom 1Gig Fiber internet. Enjoy the quiet beach life while remaining close to other activities such as golf, Waikai, Wet n Wild and Ko'olina. Upgrades include 2 en suite bathrooms. Open concept keeps the family together. Huge downstairs lanai for family get togethers and an upstairs lanai with an ocean view. Split AC in all rooms as well as ceiling fans to keep the rooms cool. Outdoor shower as well as out door BBQ grill allows for beach bbq fun. Shopping and grocery stores as well as Costco are all within a 10-20 minute drive.
