Slighty tired hotel, but excellent service

Really great staff. Never had poor service at a holiday inn. Kudos to a chirpy Ben on the morning shift.
This is slightly dated hotel and the bathroom set up is unfriendly with a step into the bathroom and a huge step into the shower. The bed felt like a tiny double.
It is conveniently located which is why it is so popular.
Breakfast was a highlight, well laid out, plenty of space and fresh food
