Devonshire cottage nestled in a pretty fishing village
A cosy south facing cottage which has plenty of natural light. The unique living area blends simple living with a restful atmosphere. There is a woodburning stove which gives out extra warmth and creates a lovely ambiance during your visit. The main living area combines cooking, dining and relaxing. The kitchen area has a very French look with copper saucepans and a Belfast sink complementing the wooden work surfaces and original 19th century furniture. Upstairs, the main bedroom has old original beams and a comfy double bedstead. The second bedroom has a wrought iron daybed with trundle. Both rooms have exposed original floorboards. The bathroom has a shower and a small bath. Outside the front of the property is a small seating area which belongs to the Pepper Pot and is ideal for visitors to the cottage to soak up the sun at anytime of the day.

Lovely stay
We had a lovely week at Pepper pot Cottage. The location was perfect for visiting local towns and beaches, and the village itself was idyllic and picturesque. Good pub nearby, friendly atmosphere and food was superb. The cottage has everything we needed and was perfectly situated for us. Thank you.

Week away
We had no problems at all from start to finish with booking this property. Karen kept in touch constantly to check if we needed anything. Quaint cottage with lots of character in the middle of a beautiful village. 2 minutes from a sation and in the middle of some beautiful walks.
Highly recommend.

Cosy house, lovely village.
The host revised her listing and pre-warned us that it would be too small for 4 people and we accepted this. The cottage is indeed small but lovely. We were delighted with the village. The carpark is convenient, there is a good pub and the train station has a regular service and is ideal for exploring the region. We took bikes and cycled using the ferry service at Topsham (another lovely village) and then returned on the ferry to Exmouth. As the cycle path goes through Lympstone this was ideal.
