Wahoo provides a fully air conditioned family holiday home situated in a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking bushland.

This 4 bedroom holiday home has two queen beds and 4 single beds. The family bathroom has a shower and large bath, with a separate toilet. The ensuite has a shower, vanity and toilet combined. The spacious living area is open plan and modern. Kitchen very well equipped and setup to provide everything you will need for your holiday. A perfect base for your next holiday for up to 8 people to stay.

Wahoo has just had new split system air conditioners installed throughout. The outside living area is very spacious with a large shady dining area and covered grass area for small children to play on.

Rear access for large boat parking in the secure back yard and secure garage parking for two vehicles out the front.

Pets are welcome with prior approval. 4 car maximum parking, no camping or caravans allowed.

All linen and bath towels provided.

This property is self contained.

Booking Restrictions:

To allow our hard-working Cleaning team to spend time with their own families we have the following booking conditions:

Easter:

Check-in Thursday immediately prior to Good Friday (or before) through to Easter Monday (or later).

Christmas:

Check-in 22nd December (or before) through to 27th December (or later).

Dogs are only considered on request and acceptance of the Pet Policy see details below:

PET/DOG Policy:

No cats, 2 dogs maximum (no puppies). Includes visiting dogs.

•Dogs are not permitted inside the property without prior approval from management. Please contact us to discuss.

•Pets are to be of a quiet nature and it is the owner's responsibility to keep noise to a minimum at all times.

•Constant barking and/or howling is not acceptable and the Ranger may be called should this occur.

•The Guest is responsible for any damage caused by pets whether inside or outside the property.

•Pets are not permitted onto beds or on furniture at any time.

•Guests agree not to leave pets unsupervised at any time. Pets are not permitted into the Cape Range National Park, should you be travelling for the day then please arrange for a pet sitter.

•Guests agree to bring their own pet bedding, food bowls etc.

•Guests must dispose of all pet faeces in a clean and sanitary manner.

•Guests should ensure the arrangements for pets at a property, including these terms, are suitable for their pet prior to booking.

•If extra cleaning is required or faeces left on the lawn, this extra cleaning time will be deducted from the Security Bond.

Great house and garden for a family stay. Boat accommodation is good. The house is very tired and in need of renovations. All though this house is advertised as pet friendly it isn’t really, as pets aren’t allowed on furniture and the back garden isn’t secure enough. You aren’t allowed to leave pets if you decide to go out, in the end we decided not to bring our dachshund. The en-suite bathroom had not been cleaned properly.

This is a delightful, spacious property within easy walking distance to Exmouth town centre. The large garden plus covered outdoor BBQ area is neat and tidy. There is ample parking space. This is the second time that we have stayed at Wahoo and we would have no hesitation in booking it for future family trips to Exmouth.

A great place for a short stay in Exmouth
Well located, clean. A nice, spacious place to stay. Important to remember there's no dishwasher - the dishes may need a clean before use. Also, hot water can run out after 4-5 showers in a day.

Plenty of room in a convenient location.
We were a group of 4 adults in a house that could accommodate 8, so we had plenty of room. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. Nice big tables in and outside to all sit around. Big washing machine suited our needs. The house was within walking distance to shops and eateries, which was very convenient. The beds were comfortable, good lighting and plenty of storage.
