This is a very well-maintained site, and it's clear that guest satisfaction is paramount for this organization. The check in process is unique but flawless. It is quiet and the grass and wooded surroundings remarkable, and easily enjoyed on the room balconies. We will definitely return to Brinton upon our next visit to the Philadelphia area.

Brinton Suites was clean and comfortable. It was convenient to not have to check in at a front desk. The wifi was excellent (though one disadvantage to not having a front desk was having to wait for a reply to get the password). It was nice to have the little balcony where I could enjoy my meals. There is no "garden," however, so the "garden view room" is a bit misleading - - but it is on the side of the building not facing the road, which was good enough for me! I would stay here again.

Full kitchen was a plus! The fridge was a little dirty but not a big deal. No check in. They sent codes to get in to the building and room. Kinda cool little apartment style place. No elevator. And no front desk. We ended up leaving early but were unable to let anyone know.

The cold wind blows.
Overall the place is fine but very minimalist. No lobby or front desk. All done digitally. That was fine but my big complaint is the way the positioned the bed next to the A/C unit. It blew directly on the bed so it was difficult to sleep. If it wasn’t for that I would have rated it higher

Property should communicate there is no elevator for second floor. Doors can be a little bit, noisy the same as any other hotel. Water to the property seems to be from a well. High ph. Property should disclose about how to handle garbage.

Very convenient for what we were doing. There were no wash cloths with the linen service. Had coffee makers but no coffee! With that said we like staying there and would do it again.

The staff who was present at our check in was very helpful and pleasant. The facilities were clean and the room was convenient, particularly for my wife who was in a wheelchair. There were a couple minor drawbacks. There were not tissue boxes in the room, and staff was not there in the morning. These were small problems which would certainly not stop me from staying here again.

Property has a great price per night. It had a kitchen area with stove.top. sadly no pot holder, kitchen towel, no dish soap, no kleenex which we had to buy. Next time we will bring. Also no wine or can opener so bring your own. It did have a coffee maker and we brought our own coffee and filters. Limited flatware. The maid that worked there was very helpful, but sheets and bedspread need to be washed.
