The room was clean with a tea and coffee tray. There was nice toiletries and a fluffy towel. The bed was comfy. It was noisy from the street and there was noise from other residents. It was good for the price. There was non meat sausage and bacon for breakfast, cereals, toast and jam. It was adequate.

If you are expecting a 5-star hotel experience then this may not be the property for you. But if you would like a simple experience with all the essentials as well as WiFi, breakfast, parking, and great value, then look no further. My room in particular was perfectly adequate though a few of the details had been overlooked - shower gel dispenser in the shower was empty, bathroom missing the hand towel (just the two big ones for us), and there was a [clean] empty takeout container in the cupboard that had been missed. But the room was tidy and the bedding and bathroom were clean, which is what matters. Would stay again. :)

Upon arriving the building is very nice and is close to the park, takeaway shops and corner shop. Staff were lovely, kind and accommodating. Showed us to our room and gave us all info we needed. However, the next morning at 8am a staff member opened our hotel room door looked inside and closed the door. Me and my partner were very confused and felt very unsafe. Another issue that came up was from one of the staff members telling us that breakfast ended at 10:30am when it actually ended at 9:30am. However, the staff in the dining and kitchen area were lovely and still provided us with whatever food and drink we wanted. When me and my partner checked out of our room we spoke to one of the workers at the front of the hotel about the issue with safety and someone entering our bedroom at 8am that morning. The employee of the hotel stated that had never happened before and definitely didn’t happen. This made me upset as I was bringing up this issue due to safety and possible ill intentions for someone coming into our bedroom unannounced. The employee did not like that I had pointed this out and was not happy I reinstated that I would not have been complaining about the issue if it didn’t happen. I then advised they reviewed their cctv in their own time to identify this individual and why they had came into our room. Apart from this the stay was nice, however would not return due to safety concerns.

Cute little hotel
The hotel is clean and the facilities have clearly just been upgraded. The staff were very friendly and the South Indian restaurant in the building is really delicious. Breakfast was good, but it was quite noisy with other guests during the night so we didn’t get much sleep.

Walls are paper thin. I could hear someones pjone vibratinh doenstairs! People coming in and out at 2am, sat outside talking. Lumpy bed and pillows. Bathroom was clean and staff were friendly

OYO property and had a virtual checkin. I was provided a room with a digital password, went upstairs and there was a person in the room. Came down and was assigned a diff room. Very very small room and no desk. It was a room for 2 people and there was ONLY 1 towel. Called and asked for an extra towel and was told they do not have any towels, they are out of towels. I paid about 100 pounds for a night. Horrible breakfast and I would not call it a breakfast at all. My honest feedback, don’t stay here at at all and I will never stay here again.

Did not stay in the end as itinerary changed. So unable to comment on the different standards met or not met. But was surprised, having read reviews, that apparently there is no check in at the hotel. I was sent codes for front door and for my room. All rather AirBnB and not what I had expected. I think too that had I read the reviews more carefully before booking I would not have booked in the first place.

Staff friendly rest of hotel a let down room shabby choose this hotel as it had a bar but bar not open bed leg broken urine on toilet seat which i cleaned no hair dryer very noisey from other guests doors banging all night would never stay again

Upon arrival checkin was excellent, stress free & welcoming. Shown to room with everything shown and or explained simplistically. The room was clean, the bathroom bedding immaculate, bed v comfortable. Good storage, good coffee tea water biscuits to greet you and last. I can say I was impressed by this. Bathroom,toilet shower, towels including wash products great. Very friendly establishment, polite friendly, curious staff. I witnessed staff keeping on top of things, eg glass windows etc. that didn't put me off, but reinforced the establishments ethic. Breakfast - limited to degree, limited (maybe that due to staff catching up in interim) however the service, if asked no problem friendly courteous. Service. Food on whole ok. Youghut great as was coffee etc
