Everything was excellent except the back of the building it needed a spring clean up. I’m sure once the weather breaks it will happen. We stay here on average 3 times a year!!!

My daughter loved the pool. I thought the water was a little too cold for me though. Bed was very uncomfortable. Everything was very clean and smelled nice. Good breakfast in the morning

The hotel is perfectly located. Behind/next to there is a McDonald's, taco bell and kfc along with a gas station. Right in front of the hotel is a little strip mall with a salon/ tanning, a dollar tree and across the road is walmart so very conveniently located and just down the road is multiple places to eat. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. The staff were very kind and friendly.

Got a great price on this hotel while visiting my mom. It's a little bit nicer of an area compared to the surrounding areas. The hotel was nice, the room was generous in size, and the breakfast was decent. They even had red velvet batter for the waffle maker!

When I check in Daniel immediately got an attitude when he seen that I have given him my service animal ID along with my driver’s license and credit card as if that was a problem or he didn’t know I had one even though I inform the hotel in the comment when I booked the room. He asked me to sign a piece of paper without informing me what he wanted me to sign, got out a notebook binder flipped a couple of pages and asked me with an attitude “what my service animal was trained to perform for my disability.” I told him what type of training my service animal was trained for, but he kept asking me repeatedly as it appeared that he wanted me to tell him what my disability is as if what I told him wasn’t good enough for him. When I used the same tone with him as he was using with me all of a sudden he wanted to play victim he claimed that he “didn’t hear me the first time when I told him what my service animal is trained for.” I knew that he was lying because I told him 3 more times when he kept asking me. I just read another guest review about how she was treated by a “rude staff” in regard to her “dog” leads me to believe that it’s the same person I encounter. Daniel does have a very nasty attitude and is rude as my daughter and I heard him talking badly about another guest and her dog stating “she let her dog do anything and run around.” There is something sinister about Daniel that I find disturbing as to how he treats guests. The room and breakfast was mediocre.
