Cozy apartment close to everything in Fairbanks
This apartment is in a working class neighborhood in Fairbanks with very friendly neighbors. Everything is a short drive away. Nice amenities. The owner is easy to communicate with and takes care of issues immediately. Our unit was in the basement level. However, there are other units to choose from if you don't want to be at this level.

Challenging to find at night
We arrived well after sunset. It had been a long flight. I could not find the address as the numbers were almost the same color as the building. I had to use the exterior code on another building before trying the code on the correct building. After we got in the building all was well.

Location was a little sketchy. However it seems safe. Nobody bothers you. The whole building is rentals so it’s good. Love that yiu need a code to enter the main door. Apartment good. Wish there were more pins to put in the map to let you know where we are from. Beds comfortable. It NEEDS to have a fan for the Livingroom. A couple of water bottles in the fridge would be nice. Loved the welcome booklet with all the information. Very Disappointed with the laundry being charged. I don’t carry coins, and every VRBO I stayed either I have washer and dryer in unit or it’s free. It did not state in the information that it costs money to make a load. Overall, the unit was a good place to stay. Fairbanks does not have much to offer as a tourist.

Rooms were very clean, access was easy. Only small issue was we didn’t not had 3 towels. Called for more and told they would bring more, but never received them.
