The hotel was in a great location, close to the lake and other attractions. The room and bathroom were quite small. My room was tucked behind the main elevator, which could be part of the reason for the size. The bed and pillows were extra firm.

The hotel is beautiful with great amenities. The hotel room was nice. The view was wonderful. The hotel charges $16 for self parking in the city parking garage but we could have paid $12 directly to the city by using park by plate. The area around is not very safe and I was not comfortable walking around the marketplace.

I think $75 for one for valet parking is high. However, since the camper did not fit in the garage there was no choice. The hotel was very clean and in a safe location near the marina. The view at sunset was great. However, the low lighting in the bathroom is problematic. Also, for a hotel of this size I would expect a more comprehensive breakfast offering.

Hotel is well located for walking / biking to all inner city facilities where there are a full range of shopping and eating establishments. The hotel was very well presented, clean and has a good range of on-site facilities. Overall a great place to stay.

Staff was so so. Not very friendly or attentive. Coffee was not available on 2 floors. And no one really cared when mentioned. Breakfast was below what I would expect as such a resort. Plastic forks etc.

this is our 4-5 time staying on the property post renovation, we love the amenities, but given that it was UVM parent's weekend plus the host of a conference and several outdoor tours, the facilities were strained. Lily May's was overwhelmed, understaffed and they kept running out of things. The coffee bars on our floor were out of service. For an important weekend, I think the hotel should have been more proactive and staffed.

The entrance, lobby, and other common areas of the property are very shabby, worn out, and dated. The stained carpet at the "welcome" entrance set a poor note for the entire visit. The bar/dining area was overcrowded, noisy, and smelly. The rooms were comfortable enough but very dark. The nightly rate I paid was highway robbery. This was not the experience I expected from a "Curio Collection" hotel.
