Front desk didn’t greet me. Morning woman wouldn’t acknowledge me. English was clearly a second language. Didn’t understand my question where to get breakfast. Two drugged out men were walking through lobby asked me to buy them breakfast. Room was tiny looking at parking garage. Free bikes were broken and dangerous.

The property is a good hotel with clean rooms and well maintained facilities. The best thing is that they have free coffee on every floor. What are the cons that a guest should be aware of: A. It is very expensive and I was willing to pay that price for proximity to water. We do have water view but the hotel is quite a distance from the lakeshore B. Post Covid, free breakfast is making a comeback but not at this hotel. C. Parking is at the City parking lot. Self parking rate of $16 a day is fine. The downside is only 4 EV charging stations. The charging stations are not free but come at a price. After 4 hours, there is a parking fee at the EV charging station and that amount of time is not sufficient to fully charge a depleted car. They need to make the hotel EV friendly. D. The wait for the elevators was forever and the entry to the hotel from the parking garage and to the room was cumbersome.

Great location, awesome bar and bartenders over the weekend! Room was comfortable and clean. I was a bit off put by someone working the check in desk when we arrived. I (a woman) booked the room under my name and my card, but the individual working did not address me directly but rather my husband. Told us “thank you sir” as we left the area but did not say anything to me. The hotel we really nice, but this did put a sour taste in my mouth for the beginning of our stay.

we booked a lakeside room and were given one on a high floor. If you book lakeside, make sure that you specify high floor. The view from the room was magnificent. The staff were very polite and efficient. The room was spotlessly clean. Parking in the adjacent garage was only $16. We were also allowed to check in early. Cons: The pool is NOT HEATED. The bathroom is tiny. The price was extremely high, because it was move in weekend for the colleges. ˆThe activity fee is really a nuisance, although I realize that it is common practice. Would I stay there again? Yes, for the view! Otherwise, I would be tempted to try less inflated accommodatons.

Loved our view of the lake although one of the windows looking out was cloudy with trapped condensation. We loved the central location, very walkable to DT Burlington. Also loved the cornhole area and the coffee/hot cocoa bar! We appreciated the free tickets to the nearby ECHO museum and the $20 voucher towards the coffee shop! The elevators were unpredictable which got to be annoying but we thankfully were all capable of doing the stairs.

It's a beautiful property and the staff was excellent. One of my favorite features was the beverage station on each floor. It was so well appointed, even a freezer stocked with bagged ice and offering sparkling and still water - loved that!

We stayed here after dropping my daughter at UVM and we were very pleased. The hospitality was amazing, they offered beer or soft drinks free at check-in and the front desk staff was excellent. The room was ver comfortable and the free coffe/tw on each floor is a nice touch. Thank you.

There was a beer tasting in the lobby when we arrived, plus a snack cart. Nice touch. We loved the coffee/beverage station on our floor, and the hot tub was great. Best of all was the free bikes, which we rode up to the Causeway-/ magnificent views.
